ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

WeddingWire’s Business Development Executive will join this high-growth team to build the leading global platform connecting engaged couples with wedding and event professionals in India. We are seeking fluent English and Hindi speaking professionals who will focus on creating relationships with local event business owners, understanding their needs, and onboarding them through education to grow our Indian web portal.  This role will work out of our office in Gurgaon, India.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Through phone conversations, identify, recruit and onboard new wedding professionals (photographers, banquet halls, makeup artists, etc.) with exceptional customer service
  • Create positive and productive customer experiences as a brand ambassador while scheduling and conducting vendor meetings in an efficient and timely manner
  • In a consultative and organized way, solicit and document information about prospective vendors’ services
  • Drive success for company and customers and ensure quality and compliance with company guidelines by validating data through client follow up
  • Influence and educate prospective clients about the WeddingWire products, its benefits to their business and the success that they can expect as a pioneering member of our India platform
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal team members and international colleagues to develop content for vendor profile completion and facilitate feedback in support of continuous improvement

Our Couples Experience Team is dedicated to working with our Couples all across the country ensuring they have the best experience with The Knot and WeddingWire. We work closely to ensure couples are able to use our products, have access to what they need to plan their weddings and connect them with local wedding professionals so they have the best wedding Marketplace to shop with before their big event.

The Couples Experience Representative position:

The Couples Experience Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service, marketing insights and basic tech-support to our couples!  You will manage client questions via phone, email, social channels and live chat.   Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately, efficiently and professionally answer all incoming phone calls, emails and live chats
  • Have an understanding of the significance of providing great customer service and adhere to high standards at all times
  • Maintain a high productivity level, after training, to best serve our couples in a timely fashion
  • Communicate thoroughly with Couples, tech teams and other team members
  • Problem-solve technical questions and issues that Couples may have and work cross-departmentally to resolve them

  • Take a proactive approach toward suggesting improvements for products and platforms that our couples work with and in

SUCCESSFUL COUPLES EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Accurately type and respond to a Couples on the phone at the same time
  • Customer Service experience preferably in an online retailer or advertising industry position

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM: 

WeddingWire India’s Executive of Customer Experience will join this high-growth team to drive user and vendor projects as part of the operations line of the leading global platform connecting engaged couples with wedding and event professionals. We are seeking a personable professional who, through targeted and direct contact, will help brides and grooms set realistic expectations as they embark through the wedding planning process. This relationship will support customers to be satisfied, to take more action using the WeddingWire platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • With exceptional customer, extensive wedding trend and etiquette knowledge and service and accountability for the full lifecycle, drive a positive customer experience measured through satisfaction, delivery of quality projects published within agreed upon timelines, etc.
  • Serve as a WeddingWire brand ambassador by sharing the excitement of each couples’ personal wedding planning journey, helping them maximize their experience through vendor search, planning tools, forums and editorial content and encouraging couples to take actions on vendor search, lead submission and bookings.
  • Customize education and communication specific to each couple based on needs, expectations, challenges, locations, preferred medium (email, phone, chat, etc.) and more.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal team members and international colleagues to track and report updates to project status and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of project delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

Are you looking for a unique employee experience where you can impact a leading global brand’s business and the efficiency of an award-winning sales department?  The Knot WorldWide is seeking a service-oriented, self-starter (like you!) to join as a Marketing Operations Analyst responsible for the implementation of lead generation campaigns, performance and attribution reporting, sales/marketing support, and leading marketing automation initiatives. Marketing Operations Analyst will collaborate with the B2B & Performance Marketing teams to drive performance of the Local channel and act as a liaison to improve processes, systems, and reporting to exceed goals. You will report to the Senior Manager of Local Operations and work alongside the Local Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage the day to day operations between Salesforce and Pardot, serving as the point of contact for maintenance, configuration, reporting. 
  • Support the business through the execution and analysis of marketing efforts, with a particular focus on automation, conversion, and journeys. 
  • You know Pardot through and through and will successfully identify areas of opportunities to automate the process.
  • Act as a liaison between B2B Marketing and Sales for cross functional initiatives and campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Develop and optimize scoring methodology.
  • Build, execute, and manage lead warming and nurturing strategy.
  • Manage the execution of segmented nurture campaigns with tailored messaging and content to drive engagement.
  • You will have an in-depth understanding and serve as subject-matter expert of email marketing and lead generation/conversion. 

SUCCESSFUL [JOB TITLE] CANDIDATES HAVE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years experience in marketing, sales and/or operations
  • Power-user of Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (i.e. Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Recognized self-starter capable of flourishing in fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of building scalable systems and processes that support marketing teams, including conversion tracking and attribution and campaign execution optimization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work independently and also well as part of a team
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Salesforce and/or Pardot Certification preferred but not required

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Print Specialist is responsible for providing superior customer service, marketing insights and best practices to our local wedding pros regarding print advertising!  You’ll work closely with local wedding professionals post-sale to assist customers with their print ad campaigns by providing tips and insights regarding best print practices. This position acts a liaison between the wedding pro and the art department. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately, efficiently and professionally answer all incoming calls and emails 
  • Collect camera ready artwork or high resolution materials required to build a print advertisement 
  • Process artwork by communicating with the art department via system, with clear and complete instructions 
  • Send proofs to clients and obtain final written approvals 
  • Organize final proofs in accordance with the magazine thumbnail and cross reference against tracking to ensure all ads are the correct size/shape and accounted for 
  • Attend book close meetings to discuss ad placement, late sales and any problem accounts/potential cancels 
  • Review entire dummy book contents to ensure all ads and information are correct and accounted for and grant approval before final magazine printing
  • Compile and maintain complimentary magazine lists for paid advertisers

SUCCESSFUL PRINT SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment and adhere to deadlines 
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Customer Service experience required, preferably experience in advertising or marketing
  • Previous experience assisting small to medium businesses and the ability to adapt to a variety of customer types
  • Must have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Docs) and the ability to learn new systems quickly 
  • Must be able to work independently 
  • College degree preferred

  • A proven a track record of closing new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Experience in utilizing websites, social media, and forums to find and cultivate your own sales leads within a given territory with the ability to find and get to the decision maker; a bonus for creative prospecting tactics
  • Self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm when managing high volume transactions, dialing and identifying decision makers
  • Exceptional phone presence and superior skills managing the full sales process from prospecting and pipeline management to closing
  • Motivated by competition and the ability to increase your earning potential
  • A proven track record of consistent performance and ability to hit and exceed quota
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, then four plus years of successful full life cycle sales experience in a 100% new business role
