ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The experienced and driven Account Coordinator (you!) will partner with our Global Media Sales and Account Management Teams to track, analyze, and optimize campaign progression to ensure long-term success for the global sales clients. This role is focused on tracking campaign performance and delivery for Display, Video, Programmatic, Custom Content, Email Marketing, and Social media advertising. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and a self-starter with a passion for campaign storytelling. Must be able to work in a fast paced, creative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate campaign progress or potential revenue at risk through weekly pacing documentation
  • Provide optimization/reallocation recommendations based on client Insertion Order requirements and KPIs
  • Effectively work with functional groups such as Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Ad Operations, and Creative Solutions to optimize campaigns to meet performance objectives
  • Work directly in third party platforms such as, Google Analytics, Double Click for Advertisers, Google Ad Manager, and Moat
  • Identify, analyze and problem-solve campaign issues, including trafficking, delivery, and billing
  • Compile and share weekly Programmatic reporting for the Sales and Account Management Departments
  • Responsible for client facing reporting either weekly, monthly, or quarterly which includes key performance highlights for multiple Account Managers
  • Create performance wrap decks within powerpoint at the end of campaign lifecycle to summarize overall campaign performance
  • Create mid-year review performance decks within powerpoint for year long Bridal Fashion clients highlighting performance pacing to date
  • Provide recommendations to Sales and Account Management for future campaign executions based on the performance of past campaigns, depending on client KPIs and ROI
  • Ensure fulfillment of IOs and reconcile billing on a monthly basis
  • Support teams as needed by assisting with ad hoc reporting

SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, GLOBAL MEDIA SOLUTIONS CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent training and experience)
  • 1-2 years media industry experience
  • Outstanding Excel skills required and experience within PowerPoint
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Responds well under pressure with ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently

The Account Executive, B2B New Business role requires sales experience and the ability to manage a longer sales cycle and pipeline. This role can be based out of the following office locations: DC, Austin, NYC, or Remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make a high volume of sales calls on a daily basis
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas as well as daily activity expectations
  • Successfully manage a sales pipeline from start to finish
  • Ability to manage a longer and diverse sales process and pipeline, including identifying decision makers

The Account Manager, Retention (AM-R) is responsible for meeting or exceeding expectations for retention among the TKWW Wedding Pro (vendor) base. As the primary business consultants to TKWW’s vendors, the AM-R is responsible for a set of accounts and provides both reactive and proactive services to help paying vendors stay on track and see success on the TKWW platform(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain ownership and accountability of a book of business to achieve monthly retention targets.
  • Directly influence retention by managing manual and auto renewals, handling both obvious and subtle requests to cancel or downgrade TKWW services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and expand services. 
  • Conduct targeted proactive outreach to limit churn and/or prepare assigned accounts for upcoming renewals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed stated performance expectations for work quality, quantity, and impact. 
  • Share “the voice of the vendor” from the Retention POV so leadership can adequately support retention efforts. 
  • Remain 100% compliant with all data, record-keeping, and reporting requests.

SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNT MANAGER-RETENTION CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a revenue responsible role 
  • Renewal/retention/support/cancellation experience in a SaaS or similar environment

  • Research and write engaging and informative SEO content for WeddingWire.in’s blogs and contribute to organic traffic growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

TKWW is looking for an Associate Production Designer to contribute to our online wedding stationery collection. Our Associate Production Designer will own the creation and hand off of all merchandising imagery for our stationery ecommerce business. Specifically, creation of merchandising imagery using Photoshop from provided templates, and partnering with merchandising to launch designs on our 

website. This role will be seen as a resource for our Production Design team on all projects that concern file conversion and updating in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). We are looking for individuals who are extremely detail oriented, thrive in a fast paced environment, have Photoshop skills and experience with text and layers as well as knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for maintaining an organized workflow and file management via organization & provided naming conventions. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a dialogue with the Merchandising and Production Design team about workflow, expectations & progress 
  • Responsible for owning the creation of all merchandising images for all TKI paper products.
  • Responsible for taking on any additional file conversion or creation projects within Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator given clear templates and actions from Production Design team

SUCCESSFUL ASSOCIATE PRODUCTION CANDIDATES HAVE:

 Experience working in Photoshop. Specifically working with layers and text. Bonus if experience in using Photoshop actions

  • Intermediate knowledge of InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism

As a WeddingPro Success Specialist, you’ll be working directly with a variety of wedding professionals, from venues to wedding planners, advertising nationwide on The Knot and WeddingWire. Your role in onboarding new customers is crucial to building and maintaining strong brand affinity and vendor satisfaction. We’re looking for individuals who are consultative and passionate about customer service and its potential to help transform businesses! RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide highly responsive service to TKWW Wedding Pros (vendors), efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with vendors on key benefits on our platform to ensure their success
  • Help vendors leverage WeddingPro to grow their business by equipping them with the product knowledge they need to optimize their listing for success with their program
  • Tailor each onboarding call utilizing needs based questions to optimize learning and increase engagement
  • Ask questions and build rapport with each vendor - enriching their relationship with WeddingPro
  • Handle all written inquiries from vendors regarding their onboarding
  • Maintain product expertise across our platforms
  • Cross departmental collaboration in the creation of vendor-facing onboarding materials such as “how-to” articles and videos
  • Identify, document, and report technical issues to ensure optimal product performance
  • Work cross-functionally with many different teams such as sales, support, account management, and marketing
  • Ability to prioritize daily workload while multitasking other duties as assigned.

WeddingPro Support Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional service and an effortless experience to the TKWW vendor base. As the front-line and most frequent contact for both paid and unpaid vendors, the WeddingPro Support Team Members are crucial to building and maintaining strong brand affinity and vendor satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide highly responsive service to TKWW Wedding Pros (vendors), efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain sufficient product knowledge across all TKWW properties to provide accurate solutions and an effortless vendor experience by regularly working in Phone/Email Queue, doing Onboards or other Specialist duties..  
  • Work directly with vendors who purchase new or additional TKWW products. Ensure every purchaser is prepared to succeed with TKWW and that the company collects relevant vendor data and expectations to inform the optimal customer journey and experience
  • Problem solve technical questions and issues that customers may have and work cross-departmentally to resolve them.
  • Share “the voice of the vendor” from the WeddingPro Support POV so leadership can adequately support retention efforts.
  • Create and maintain an individual development plan (IDP) to inform career development, prioritize learning opportunities, and foster growth within and beyond TKWW. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed stated performance expectations for work quality, quantity, and impact. 
  • Maintain individual and team-level ratings of satisfaction with WeddingPro Support and Success. These may include CSAT, CRS, NPS or other metrics as determined by leadership. 
  • Remain 100% compliant with all data, record-keeping, and reporting requests.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned, including new customer onboarding calls.

SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS CANDIDATES HAVE

  • Previous work in a high volume, high visibility customer service environment or similar

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as subject matter expert responsible for formulating strategy and overseeing implementation of all pricing and monetization efforts related to the Local Marketplace including sales go-to-market, new product strategy and retention optimization
  • Own and continuously evaluate and optimize pricing process for the organization and work with sales, management and enterprise technology to implement projects 
  • Refine vendor and marketplace health indicators and metrics to inform strategic recommendations, partnering closely with our data science team
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership teams, using data-driven insights to inform pricing changes, design experiments and implementation

ABOUT THE MANAGER, PRICING & MONETIZATION ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We are hiring a manager for our US and Canada Local Marketplace team which connects over 2 million engaged couples with +40,000 local wedding vendors (e.g. Venue, DJ, Florist, etc.) across the US and Canada each year. This position plays an essential role in solving complex problems across our two-sided marketplace as it relates to pricing, monetization and optimization analytics. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who is equally comfortable driving both strategy and execution in a cross-functional environment while closely coordinating with stakeholders across operations, sales, marketing, product, enterprise technology, and data science. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as subject matter expert responsible for formulating strategy and overseeing implementation of all pricing and monetization efforts related to the Local Marketplace including sales go-to-market, new product strategy and retention optimization
  • Own and continuously evaluate and optimize pricing process for the organization and work with sales, management and enterprise technology to implement projects 
  • Refine vendor and marketplace health indicators and metrics to inform strategic recommendations, partnering closely with our data science team
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership teams, using data-driven insights to inform pricing changes, design experiments and implementation
  • Advocate effectively for your recommendations by building sound and data-driven businesses cases as well as tailoring your communication to audiences across multiple teams and skill-sets
  • Support Deal Desk policies on discounting and pricing as well as build tools and analytics to advance pricing reporting
  • Work closely with Local Business Operations team members on identification of trends and incorporating pricing strategies into day-to-day operational processes
  • Leverage insights gleaned from analyses to inform Training & Enablement, Process & Data strategy by collaborating with Local Operations leadership team
  • Ad-hoc analysis and projects, as required

SUCESSFUL MANAGER, PRICING & MONETIZATION CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience in a finance, consulting, or similar background (ideally working with tech, subscription, eCommerce, marketplace, or media businesses) with direct pricing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
  • Experience in building pricing models from the bottom up quickly and with little previous framework and imperfect data sets
  • Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable solutions solutions
  • Highly resourceful individual; self-motivated and able to overcome obstacles with resilience and creativity
  • SQL and/or similar coding experience, required
  • Ability to prioritize, set deadlines, and meet aggressive goals
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environment with a bias to action and will to win
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication and ability to tailor communication (and level of detail) to diverse audiences
  • Salesforce experience/skills a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Manager, Programmatic Partnerships will manage existing and build new industry relationships across the programmatic landscape. They will grow programmatic revenue and partner with internal stakeholders in sales, marketing and operations. The Manager, Programmatic Partnerships plays a crucial role in expanding the programmatic digital business by growing revenue with existing clients, as well as identifying new advertising prospects. This role uses industry expertise and knowledge to work with our most trusted partners to unlock the full potential of their brands through a unique blend of premier content offerings, high-value audiences, cutting-edge technology, and a deep product portfolio. This role is a high-energy job requiring persistent and persuasive interactions with clients, deep programmatic expertise, proven relationship skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to close deals. This person will work cross-functionally with the rest of the Global Media Sales team as well as Account Management and Revenue Operations. 

This role is part independent seller, collaborating with platform partners, trading desks and holding companies / brand leads and part lead on programmatic go to market strategy and positioning for the GMS sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build relationships with platform partners and collaborate in co-sale initiatives
  • Provide strategic thinking and guidance on the best application of products, services and technologies for our agencies' clients and work to ensure our programmatic activation is connected to our full range of digital capabilities to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Participate in the integration of new ad products and development of sales collateral
  • Work with the sales team to prospect and prepare for key client / agency programmatic pitches to ensure the team is knowledgeable and prepared to represent our programmatic direct offering
  • Stay on top of the latest developments in the programmatic landscape and online advertising in general, paying close attention to trends, technologies and pricing models
  • Surface new sales channels and opportunities onsite and offsite - including video, OTT, social, email and podcasts

  • 3+ years of related work experience with online media sales and ad-tech
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic media ecosystem (including exchanges, ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, trading desks, etc.), and strong relationships within the space, with emphasis on ATD, DSP and agency relationships
  • Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.

  • Estarás a cargo de la apertura de nuevo negocio a través de visitas presenciales a los clientes del portal
  • Serás responsable de la gestión de cartera de clientes B2B, ofreciéndoles un servicio de gran retorno y precio asumible a las empresas del sector nupcial (masías, restaurantes, etc.)

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The US Enrichment team is a process support function to our US sales team to improve the efficiency of our vendor data-set. The team works to leverage information by updating the existing vendor particulars and take responsibility for sourcing potential new vendors from various platforms. The objective is to enhance the total addressable market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect information about wedding businesses through secondary research, review it and update the relevant information on our existing vendor platform 
  • Ensure 100% completion in daily executed tasks while maintaining an accuracy rate of 100%

SUCCESSFUL  CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree; with relevant work experience would be preferred
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience (Operations-related)
  • Key Skills:  
    • Stellar research skills and detail-oriented 
    • Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and enthusiasm 
    • Great team player who loves to see the entire team winning together

The employee would have to maintain a positive  vendor experience through day-to-day supervision and management. They would be incharge of the vendor journey from onboarding till the handover is given to the sales team. They should bring in problem solving skills for the vendor and ensure maximum vendor satisfaction and engagement

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboard Vendors end to end by helping them clarify their questions and resolving all integration issues.
  • To research and source vendor details. Update the same on  the CRM with new information.
  • Ongoing management of vendor issues, queries throughout the integration journey.
  • To run the live ID checklist against the vendor’s account to make sure they are complete before they can be made live on the website– this includes validating Vendor Profile, FAQ’s completion, content updation etc.
  • To track vendors’ progress and to proactively communicate (both calls and emails) with sellers to speed up the onboarding process.
  • To gather and report vendors’ reviews and feedback.
  • To track and resolve cases raised by vendors until handing over to the Sales Team

SUCCESSFUL Operations CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Educational Qualification:  Any Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA) with excellent Communication Skills.
  • Have handled International/ UK processes.
  • Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Vendor Management/ Customer Experience/ Account Management/ Pre-sales/ Sales
  • Key Skills:  - Experience in Online Support and training of users on an Ecommerce platform, Technical know-how and experience in the B2B/ Industrial space.
  • Willing to work in a UK shift.
