The Account Manager, Retention (AM-R) is responsible for meeting or exceeding expectations for retention among the TKWW wedding pro (vendor) base. As the primary business consultants to TKWW’s vendors, the AM-R is responsible for a set of accounts and provides both reactive and proactive services to help paying vendors stay on track and see success on the TKWW platform(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain ownership and accountability of a book of business to achieve monthly retention targets.
  • Directly influence retention by managing manual and auto renewals, handling both obvious and subtle requests to cancel or downgrade TKWW services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and expand services. 
  • Conduct targeted proactive outreach to limit churn and/or prepare assigned accounts for upcoming renewals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed stated performance expectations for work quality, quantity, and impact. 
  • Share “the voice of the vendor” from the Retention POV so leadership can adequately support retention efforts. 
  • Remain 100% compliant with all data, record-keeping, and reporting requests.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.

SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNT MANAGER, RETENTION CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Renewal/retention/support/cancellation experience in a SaaS or similar environment
  • Comfortable with direct accountability for individual and team outcomes
  • Proven influencing and problem-solving skills. Can get customers to “yes” in multiple situations using multiple tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer service and relationship building skills, including the ability to de-escalate sensitive conversations with customers via phone and email
  • Thrives in a high-pace and collaborative team environment 
  • Consulting or coaching experience with small, medium-sized businesses
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and decision-making with incomplete information
  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized while balancing inbound client requests/questions and outbound proactive outreach

WeddingWire’s Business Development Executive will join this high-growth team to build the leading global platform connecting engaged couples with wedding and event professionals in India. ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Data Operations Coordinator for our US Local Marketplace team which connects over 2 million engaged couples with +40,000 local wedding vendors (e.g. Venue, DJ, Florist, etc.) across the US each year. The ideal candidate is a data-driven decision-maker who will be responsible for reporting on key initiatives to showcase successes or the need for improvements in a consumable format for all levels of the organization. You are dedicated to becoming the subject matter expert on our data acquisition, enrichment, and cleanup processes. You are accountable for executing on day-to-day data processes as needed including working cross-functionally to clean up data, creating efficiencies, and streamlining productivity. The role reports to the Associate Director of Local Data Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the sales team by responding to inquiries about changes needed on CRM records
  • Compile & analyze data to make improvements & recommendations
  • Responsible for executing on Salesforce reporting and mass update requests 
  • Serving as a back-up for our global team’s responsibilities (merging Salesforce records, updating outdated vendor information, and data collection)
  • Execute on pre-built tasks in data cleansing and prevention tools, RingLead)
  • Using our data acquisition tool, Mozenda 
  • Create reporting and dashboard to analyze potential data and/or process issues

The experienced and driven Account Manager (you!) will partner with our Global Media Sales Team to develop media plans and optimize campaign and marketing opportunities to ensure long-term success for Global clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Account Executive to create media plans based on client goals and objectives

  • Review and manage inventory requests for media plans across multiple order management systems and documents
  • Partner with Account Executive and the Account Coordinator to execute the approved media plan to ensure client goals are delivered
  • Confirm creative specs and asset deadlines for clients to gather assets
  • Ensure appropriate internal teams have the right assets with sufficient turnaround time for campaign deployment 
  • Work with internal teams to ensure on-time campaign deployment
  • Communicate with agencies/clients and outside vendors as needed for implementation of custom elements
  • Work with Account Coordinator to monitor campaign performance and make client recommendations for optimizations to ensure we hit delivery and that client’s campaign KPIs are met
  • Be an expert in our ad product offerings and based on performance/client feedback provide recommendations for product enhancements to internal stakeholders
  • Manage with AdOps the set up of all programmatic campaigns (PG and PMPs)
  • Monitor all programmatic campaigns and troubleshoot directly with AdOps to relay any spend concerns with clients
  • Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude while being solutions-oriented 

SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNT MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
  • 2-3 years of experience in media planning (at publisher or agency level)
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and stakeholders

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM: 

WeddingWire India’s Executive of Customer Experience will join this high-growth team to drive user and vendor projects as part of the operations line of the leading global platform connecting engaged couples with wedding and event professionals. We are seeking a personable professional who, through targeted and direct contact, will help brides and grooms set realistic expectations as they embark through the wedding planning process. This relationship will support customers to be satisfied, to take more action using the WeddingWire platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • With exceptional customer, extensive wedding trend and etiquette knowledge and service and accountability for the full lifecycle, drive a positive customer experience measured through satisfaction, delivery of quality projects published within agreed upon timelines, etc.
  • Serve as a WeddingWire brand ambassador by sharing the excitement of each couples’ personal wedding planning journey, helping them maximize their experience through vendor search, planning tools, forums and editorial content and encouraging couples to take actions on vendor search, lead submission and bookings.
  • Customize education and communication specific to each couple based on needs, expectations, challenges, locations, preferred medium (email, phone, chat, etc.) and more.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal team members and international colleagues to track and report updates to project status and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of project delivery.

SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE CANDIDATES HAVE:

The Knot Worldwide is looking for a Regional Sales Manager LATAM to join the B2B Sales team who are responsible for building rapport with business owners, advising them on how advertising on TKWW is going to help market their business to engaged couples. The RSM will have direct managerial responsibilities over several sales teams and markets across the region. 

As a RSM you will be responsible for driving sales activities within assigned territories by managing the sales teams, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth, and reviewing market analysis. As a highly visible leader, you will support the company's strategic plan due to the rapid and significant growth of its business in the region.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Achieve and exceed region’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals. 
    • Develop sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within the region.  
    • Analyse existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor data and analytics to calibrate approach or modify strategy as needed.
    • Lead, manage and motivate the team by providing clear expectations, appropriate coaching, mentoring and feedback.
    • Develop and implement action plans for responsible sales representatives through periodic meetings and traveling with sales representatives.
    • Drive and engage in optimisation and scalability projects.


REQUIREMENTS:

    • Available to travel frequently;
    • ~7 years' experience in Sales; Business Development and Account Management;
    • 4 years' of people management experience (of between 20 - 40 people - mandatory);
    • Proven leadership and planning skills;
    • Proven skills in managing and developing others;
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
    • Advanced ability to recognise financial implications of business decisions and strategy;
    • Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors;
    • Advanced teamwork skills;
    • Proven experience in sales management;
    • Experience in managing several LATAM countries at the same time, especially Chile, Argentina and Colombia;

The tech-savvy and solutions-oriented Programmatic & Yield Operations Specialist (you!) will be the subject matter expert on programmatic ad systems for the Global Media Solutions team.  The Programmatic & Yield Operations Specialist will help create consistent processes and solutions that improve programmatic operations and yield.  You will bring a proactive, problem-solving approach and technical knowledge of programmatic systems to drive successful programmatic campaign delivery. You will collaborate cross-functional with account management, sales, product, and other key business partners and report to the Director of Revenue Operations & Yield. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • You are responsible for the successful execution of programmatic deal setup and operations to reach programmatic goals.
  • You will manage inventory requests for Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), PMP, and help with Request for Proposals (RFPs). 
  • You will help provide a pricing strategy for programmatic inventory.
  • You will monitor programmatic performance (such as fill rate) with an operational metric dashboard,  identify areas of improvement, provide proactive recommendations, develop solutions for optimal performance and future growth opportunities.
  • You will participate in technical calls with SSPs, DSPs, agency trading desks, and other platforms as requested.
  • You will help to troubleshoot live campaigns and participate in client meetings as needed. 
  • You will support sales in providing performance insights, including post-PG campaign analysis.
  • You will support the growth of header bidding ad infrastructure, along with the management of tech partners and SSPs.
  • You will support international monetization efforts by acting as a liaison between international partners and internal teams.

SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMMATIC & YIELD AD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience working in Ad Operations, with a focus on programmatic and/or buy-side
  • Excellent understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), major SSPs, DSP, trading desks, and agencies
  • Knowledge of media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, DMP( Data Management Platform) HTML, XML, Javascript,and third-party ad tags
  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

The Local Revenue Operations team is dedicated to increasing productivity across the vendor lifecycle, from acquisition and initial sales, through retention, expansion, and cash collection. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Revenue Operations Project Manager to help lead business process and system transformation efforts integral to the future success of TKWW’s sales, service, account management, and billing teams. Working closely with the Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Project Manager will play a key role in partnering with the Enterprise Systems team to design and execute on the 1-3 year operational systems roadmap, including the implementation of new CRM, CPQ, and billing processes & tooling.

We are open to this role being based out of our New York City, NY or Washington, DC office locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage, problem solve, and communicate across teams, including Operations, Sales, Service, Billing, Tech, Enterprise Systems, Accounting, Technical Program Management, Marketing, and Legal to drive successful initiatives
  • Document key sales and operations decisions & next steps; coordinate with Enterprise Systems teams to turn process needs into system requirements
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing throughout the Enterprise System roadmap
  • Work in in lockstep with the Director of Revenue Operations on disseminating roadmap decisions to the broader operations team, looping in team members at the right moments, and deputize operations management with the systems teams
  • Engage sales, billing, and operations management on participation in key process and systems decisions

The Local Revenue Operations team is dedicated to increasing productivity across the vendor lifecycle, from acquisition and initial sales, through retention, expansion, and cash collection. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Revenue Operations Project Manager to help lead business process and system transformation efforts integral to the future success of TKWW’s sales, service, account management, and billing teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage, problem solve, and communicate across teams, including Operations, Sales, Service, Billing, Tech, Enterprise Systems, Accounting, Technical Program Management, Marketing, and Legal to drive successful initiatives
  • Document key sales and operations decisions & next steps; coordinate with Enterprise Systems teams to turn process needs into system requirements
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing throughout the Enterprise System roadmap
  • Work in in lockstep with the Director of Revenue Operations on disseminating roadmap decisions to the broader operations team, looping in team members at the right moments, and deputize operations management with the systems teams
  • Engage sales, billing, and operations management on participation in key process and systems decisions
  • Responsible for additional duties and projects when assigned by leadership
  • Ensure critical thinking and flawless execution of projects by considering impacts on all areas of the business
  • Represent the department in process and system initiatives
  • Understand the department’s processes and workflows to ensure projects are successful

The Knot Worldwide seeks a motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our marketing team as a Research Manager, Integrated Marketing. In this role, you’ll work with the Global Media Solutions team across our wedding and baby brands to build better solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

TKWW is looking for an inquisitive and analytical Research Manager to support our Global Media Solutions team.  The Manager is responsible for analyzing, interpreting and presenting data sourced from custom research and third parties.  This role creates the metrics and insights to support ad sales collateral, case studies and campaign reporting. 

The right person for the job will be adept at handling large sets of data and culling them down to create impactful and snackable insights to share with our clients about our user engagement, behaviors and ad performance.  This role will work closely with other groups in the organization, specifically the Market Insights team, Sales, Account Management and Revenue Operations, so a collaborative and client centric approach is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead project management on brand lift studies conducted in partnership with research firms for our clients.
  • Communicate with clients to understand and document business objectives. Work with Account Management and Revenue Operations to design insightful mid and post campaign wrap reporting to highlight key performance metrics and results tied to client KPIs.
  • Take findings from studies conducted by the Market Insights team and synthesize into polished presentations that can be used for sales purposes.
  • Leverage third-party research (Comscore, MediaRadar, MRI, etc.) to provide insights on audience profiles and behaviors for TKWW and client brands.
  • Provide ad-hoc data and insights to sales team to include in client presentations and RFPs.
  • Identify appropriate research methodologies to meet specific TKWW or client needs. Depending on the method, initiate or assist in the development of the research and work closely with vendors or Market Insights Team to ensure the successful execution of findings, such as the Bump Membership Study.
  • Represent the Global Media Solutions Team in relationships and contract discussions with third party research companies, presenting a point of view on capabilities, features, quality and pricing.
  • Leverage internal TKWW panel to execute content effectiveness studies, user panels and other ad hoc surveys on behalf of clients. This includes writing questionnaires, programming surveys and analyzing findings. 

SUCCESSFUL RESEARCH MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 3-5+ years of research experience, with a preference for candidates with experience working with sales teams and implementing ad effectiveness research in media in the last 1-3 years.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, proficient in PowerPoint and G Suite, knowledge of Qualtrics is strongly preferred.
  • Must have strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data from Comscore, MRI or similar syndicated research.
  • Excellent team player with strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

WeddingWire seeks a full-time Sales Trainer to help develop the skills of our growing local advertising sales team. This person will assist the Country Manager to plan and execute programs for sales training, coaching and onboarding.     

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Training and onboarding new Sales Team members 
  • Maintaining existing Sales Training documents and creating new training materials 
  • Facilitate rewards programs to recognize top talent and encourage productivity among reps 
  • Identify problem areas among Sales Associate pool and assist in implementing coaching plans and solutions
  • Daily Role play and Call Shadowing sessions to coach reps through various scenarios

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As a Sales Training & Enablement Manager, your primary goals will be to effectively onboard new sales executives and optimize sales performance of existing team members. You will help plan and execute solutions to address those needs of the team including training, scripting, coaching and building resources. You will primarily focus on sales performance and onboarding for our growing New Business channel. This role includes detailed communication and collaboration with sales management and leaders to meet the needs of their teams. This position is a vital role in growing and retaining our sales team talent while also driving sales effectiveness and ensuring quality and compliance. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Design, coordinate and execute an effective new hire onboarding program for sales executives at various levels and backgrounds; Optimize the existing program based on observations, feedback and evolving needs of the organization. 
  • Inspect behaviors and identify challenges of the sales team through daily call monitoring, call intelligence software, 1:1 coaching sessions with sales representatives, and making active sales calls. 
  • Use your observations to increase the effectiveness of our current pitch and sales process by updating sales positioning and scripting. 
  • Diagnose skills gaps and coaching opportunities through observation and data analysis; Provide unbiased, strategic feedback to the representatives in a systematic and empathetic manner 
  • Build training content that is both informative and directly addresses the needs of the sales representatives with measurable outcomes
  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training (workshops, roundtables, presentations) using various mediums and effective learning methods such as LMS software.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience training, coaching and/or directly managing sales professionals
  • Proven track record selling B2B products in transactional sales model;  Reaching individual and team sales targets
  • Thorough understanding of sales techniques and methods that drive performance with ability to put them into practice both in written scripts and training
  • Experience running effective team programs and end-to-end projects with extreme attention to detail and organization. 
  • Experience with call monitoring, call quality assurance practices and call intelligence software as a means of evaluating individual skills and identifying team trends 
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well-organized manner (both written and verbal) 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other complex systems to drive sales productivity.
  • Experience with varying training methods and platforms including LMS software (360 learning, Powerpoint, Google Workspace, etc.) 
  • Ability to multi-task and balance competing and evolving priorities, while effectively meetings deadlines
  • Willingness to travel between our offices to train and support sales representatives regularly on an on-going basis (monthly travel required)
