ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

WeddingWire’s Business Development Executive will join this high-growth team to build the leading global platform connecting engaged couples with wedding and event professionals in India. We are seeking fluent English and Hindi speaking professionals who will focus on creating relationships with local event business owners, understanding their needs, and onboarding them through education to grow our Indian web portal.  This role will work out of our office in Gurgaon, India.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Through phone conversations, identify, recruit and onboard new wedding professionals (photographers, banquet halls, makeup artists, etc.) with exceptional customer service
  • Create positive and productive customer experiences as a brand ambassador while scheduling and conducting vendor meetings in an efficient and timely manner
  • In a consultative and organized way, solicit and document information about prospective vendors’ services
  • Drive success for company and customers and ensure quality and compliance with company guidelines by validating data through client follow up

We are hiring a Data Operations Program Manager for our US Local Marketplace team which connects over 2 million engaged couples with +40,000 local wedding vendors (e.g. Venue, DJ, Florist, etc.) across the US each year.  The ideal candidate is an organized and skilled collaborator who will be responsible for managing and improving our day-to-day processes. The role will partner with our global data ops leaders to train, coach, and improve upon all acquisition, enrichment, and cleansing efforts.  You will work closely to collaborate with our enablement, marketing, sales, and operation teams to inform and strengthen systems and processes to enable marketing and sales strategy. You will report to the Associate Director of Local Data Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage the team’s day to day processes and initiatives
  • Develop and iterate on comprehensive training guides 
  • Deliver training on data processes to our US & non-US teams
  • Develop measurable performance metrics and process success metric 
  • Work cross-functionally within Revenue Operations

The role reports to the Associate Director of Local Data Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the sales team by responding to inquiries about changes needed on CRM records
  • Compile & analyze data to make improvements & recommendations
  • Responsible for executing on Salesforce reporting and mass update requests 
  • Serving as a back-up for our global team’s responsibilities (merging Salesforce records, updating outdated vendor information, and data collection)
  • Execute on pre-built tasks in data cleansing and prevention tools, RingLead)

The primary responsibility of the Director, Sales (Canada) is to achieve bookings goals across all segments of our Canada business (WeddingWire.CA)  through successful management and development of a team of sales and service account executives. The Director ensures that their team and resources are optimized, complies with company and sales campaigns, and meets budget and sales goals. The Director creates a culture of success on their team and develops plans and strategies for achieving the sales goals and service metrics. They are responsible for the direction and management of all sales in the program, including pricing, packaging, marketing, products and staffing. The Director is expected to be a liaison between product, marketing and other relevant departments. They are responsible for both program management and full ownership of the planning and execution of all initiatives

WeddingWire India’s Executive of Customer Experience will join this high-growth team to drive user and vendor projects as part of the operations line of the leading global platform connecting engaged couples with wedding and event professionals. An ideal candidate will be hungry to learn and willing to dive in to support the needs of a fast-paced, high growth business. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the B2B marketing tech stack and integrations, and developing marketing reports to summarize marketing and sales campaign performance. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will collaborate with the B2B Marketing, Performance Marketing, Creative Marketing, and Events teams to drive performance of WeddingPro. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and work alongside the Marketing Operations team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations between Salesforce and Pardot, serving as the point of contact for maintenance and configuration
  • Support stakeholders in reporting on campaign performance to identify learnings and make future data driven campaign planning decisions
  • Build and maintain reporting on marketing campaigns and channel performance within Salesforce, Metabase, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics
  • Aid in the implementation of new platforms, maintenance of the current marketing tech stack, and integrations to Pardot
  • Document current marketing operations processes and help to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the data operations team to create and manage marketing data audit reports to spot inconsistencies, system status, and data cleanliness
  • Manage JIRA boards and sprints for marketing integrations and reporting requests
  • Develop strong relationships with B2B Marketing, Performance Marketing, Creative Marketing, Events, Data Operations, and Sales Operations teams

 

SUCCESSFUL MARKETING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1-2 years of marketing, sales, or operations experience
  • Familiarity with marketing systems such as Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, MailChimp, Splash, ON24, Zapier, RingLead, etc.
  • Experience working in Salesforce CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Robust willingness to learn, support, and actively participate in the growth of the business
  • Results-oriented, detail oriented, supportive drive – you can keep all things moving while delivering outstanding work
  • Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communications skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing analytics a plus
  • Basic HTML/CSS proficiency a plus

El Account Manager Telefónico de Bodas.com.mx deberá prospectar nuevas empresas y profesionales del sector de las bodas y fidelizar la cartera de clientes que le será asignada.

 

FUNCIONES

¡No te vamos a mentir! Tu mejor amigo será el teléfono y desarrollarás tu trabajo con él.

  • Apertura de nuevo negocio a través de llamadas telefónicas a los clientes del portal
  • Asegurar la fidelización de nuestros clientes gracias a un servicio personalizado
  • Serás responsable de la gestión de cartera de clientes B2B, ofreciéndoles un servicio de gran retorno y precio asumible a las empresas del sector nupcial (quintas, músicos, fotógrafos, etc)
  • Te ocuparás de la negociación, seguimiento y cierre de las condiciones contractuales con los clientes

 

REQUISITOS 

  • Experiencia demostrable de 1 año o más en un puesto similar
  • Residencia en Ciudad de México
  • Experiencia comercial, preferentemente en venta de servicios a clientes B2B

  • Gestión de clientes: soporte postventa, fidelización, formación y asistencia personalizada de calidad.
  • Soporte telefónico y por correo electrónico a los clientes del portal Bodas.net.
  • Elaboración y gestión de productos adicionales adquiridos por el cliente.
  • Coordinación con otros departamentos y áreas de la empresa para la resolución y gestión de problemas relacionados con el cliente.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Knot Worldwide is looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join the Suppliers/Venues team who are responsible for building rapport with business owners, advising them on how advertising on hitched is going to help market their business to engaged couples. Our Sales Executives are independent, highly-motivated and can successfully achieve monthly sales goals. They excel in creating connections, building rapport with business owners and decision makers, and understanding their goals and needs. The New Business team builds valuable partnerships with local wedding professionals and drives meaningful success to local businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets as well as daily activity expectations
  • Successfully manage a sales pipeline from start to finish
  • Make a high volume of sales calls on a daily basis
  • Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with potential clients to uncover prospect needs and give a strong, crisp and on-point presentation over the phone 
  • Be persistent - consistently follow up with potential clients to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ability to organize work day and be proactive with time management
  • Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities in your pipeline up to date in the CRM
  • Collaborate with other team members including those in other departments

SUCCESSFUL SALES EXECUTIVE CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, understand challenges, propose solutions and evaluate results
