  • Using your deep consultative sales skills, demonstrate the unique value proposition that The Knot Worldwide brands bring to drive revenue in both endemic & non-endemic categories
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified advertising prospects through direct, custom & programmatic opportunities

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The experienced and driven Account Manager (you!) will partner with our National Sales Team to develop media plans and optimize campaign and marketing opportunities to ensure long-term success for National clients. This is a client facing role, focused on relationship building, campaign planning, execution and optimization. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical and a self-starter with a passion for digital advertising and client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the client relationship from end to end in collaboration with the National Sales Rep - planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
  • Operate as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
  • Work with National Sales Rep to create media plans based on client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate across departments and work closely with The Knot Worldwide’s Marketing and Studio teams to balance the company’s interest with the client goals

  • Confirm creative specs and asset deadlines for clients to gather assets

  • Work with internal teams to ensure on time campaign deployment
  • Communicate with agencies/clients and outside vendors as needed for implementation of custom elements, specific tracking needs
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of ongoing campaigns to ensure we hit delivery and performance goals and that client’s campaign KPIs are met
  • Communicate campaign progress through timely reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Be an expert in our ad product offerings and based on performance/client feedback provide recommendations for product enhancements to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude while being solutions-oriented

SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNT MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

    • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record

WeddingWire’s Business Development Executive will join this high-growth team to build the leading global platform connecting engaged couples with wedding and event professionals in India. We are seeking fluent English and Hindi speaking professionals who will focus on creating relationships with local event business owners, understanding their needs, and onboarding them through education to grow our Indian web portal.  This role will work out of our office in Gurgaon, India.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Through phone conversations, identify, recruit and onboard new wedding professionals (photographers, banquet halls, makeup artists, etc.) with exceptional customer service
  • Create positive and productive customer experiences as a brand ambassador while scheduling and conducting vendor meetings in an efficient and timely manner
  • In a consultative and organized way, solicit and document information about prospective vendors’ services
  • Drive success for company and customers and ensure quality and compliance with company guidelines by validating data through client follow up
  • Influence and educate prospective clients about the WeddingWire products, its benefits to their business and the success that they can expect as a pioneering member of our India platform

The Director, Ad Operations & Ad Technology is a key member of The Knot Worldwide's National team reporting to the VP, Head of National Strategy & Operations  . This role owns our Ad Technology stack for media across direct, programmatic and performance advertising.  This includes building and managing the roadmap for ad technology innovation / integrations as well as providing oversight to the Ad Operations and Ad Technology teams in NY and China.  In collaboration with Revenue & Yield Operations, Product and Account Management, this role ensures that we are using leading ad tech platforms that are best aligned with our monetization and growth goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Director, Revenue & Yield Operations is a key leader on XO’s National team reporting to the VP, Head of National Strategy & Operations.  This person oversees the yield, utilization and forecasting of all media products and inventory.  This includes managing a team of two individuals responsible for setting rate cards / price floors, analyzing inventory trends and developing new audience data segments using The Knot Worldwide's unique 1st party data. This person is an experienced and strategic leader, who takes a proactive and innovative approach to managing inventory, pricing and related platforms. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work seamlessly across direct, programmatic and performance based revenue channels
  • Business lead on managing inventory platforms and related activities tied to quality and verification
  • Architect 1st party audience data segments and manage the DMP set-up / usage
  • Lead The Knot Worldwide’s National pricing strategy, including quarterly rate cards, ad hoc price incentives and programmatic price optimizations

  • Lead and manage the Sales Development Marketing team on Studio for the National Sales business
  • Manage Client-Specific RFPs (reactive sales support): Partner with Sales and other internal teams to formulate integrated marketing opportunities that are customized to fit specific client objectives; Participate in brainstorming sessions and work with Studio and Sales teams to create compelling content driven sales programs; Create PowerPoint presentations with custom write-ups in response to client requests
  • Partner with sales teams to develop & package comprehensive advertiser programs that will drive revenue
  • Conceptualize unique, targeted campaign ideas in response to RFPs (including sweepstakes & contests, custom rich media, digital apps, advertorials, tailored print executions, video, social media, etc.)
  • Develop New Opportunities (proactive sales support): Contribute to the development and positioning of new integrated marketing opportunities to bring to the marketplace; Identify cross-platform experiences and capabilities that will serve as compelling thought-starters for client conversations
  • Collaborate with individual sales team members and research to identify category positioning needs, educate on best responses, and reinforce marketplace standing
  • Interface with internal teams including editorial, PR, etc. to keep informed of latest news and update sales development team

SUCCESSFUL DIRECTOR, SALES DEVELOPMENT HAVE:

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Executive Coordinator at The Knot Worldwide enables the success of our National Sales team and its senior leadership through organization, coordination and administrative support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, calendar and meeting management, arranging travel, meeting and event planning, and general administrative support. The Executive Coordinator is expected to know and understand the VP's of our National Sales team for whom they will provide support, anticipate their needs and proactively provide assistance that will enable their ability to execute with high velocity.

The organized and effective Executive Coordinator (you!) will help coordinate logistics, balance multiple priorities at once, and enable our senior leadership to be more effective. You will also coordinate and execute scheduling and logistics that will drive broader team connectivity, allowing the National Sales team to hit their multiple objectives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You coordinate training meetings, weekly sales & pipeline meetings, and other cross divisional meetings
  • You manage scheduling, logistics and expenses, including booking travel
  • You process expenses using Concur
  • You are a problem-solver, always looking for creative ways to support and anticipate the needs of the National Sales team to facilitate efficiency and high levels of execution
  • You facilitate internal meetings with National Sales leadership and key stakeholders
  • You lead and collaborate on special projects
  • You will work closely with the National Sales Operations Manager to pull relevant information from systems such as SalesForce and MediaRadar

This relationship will support customers to be satisfied, to take more action using the WeddingWire platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • With exceptional customer, extensive wedding trend and etiquette knowledge and service and accountability for the full lifecycle, drive a positive customer experience measured through satisfaction, delivery of quality projects published within agreed upon timelines, etc.
  • Serve as a WeddingWire brand ambassador by sharing the excitement of each couples’ personal wedding planning journey, helping them maximize their experience through vendor search, planning tools, forums and editorial content and encouraging couples to take actions on vendor search, lead submission and bookings.
  • Customize education and communication specific to each couple based on needs, expectations, challenges, locations, preferred medium (email, phone, chat, etc.) and more.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal team members and international colleagues to track and report updates to project status and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of project delivery.

  • Self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm when managing high volume transactions, dialing and identifying decision makers
  • Exceptional phone presence and superior skills managing the full sales process from prospecting and pipeline management to closing
  • Motivated by competition and the ability to increase your earning potential
  • A proven track record of consistent performance and ability to hit and exceed quota
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, then four plus years of successful full life cycle sales experience in a 100% new business role
