ABOUT THE ROLE & OUR TEAM:

Account Executives are tasked with hitting monthly sales goals by engaging with wedding professionals in a variety of categories virtually nationwide. Using a consultative sales process, our Account Executives build rapport with business owners to advise them on best practices and how to stay ahead of technology and industry trends through The Knot and WeddingWire brands’ advertising platforms.

Our Account Executives are independent, highly-motivated and can successfully achieve monthly sales goals. They excel in creating connections, building rapport with business owners and decision makers, and understanding their goals and needs. The New Business Sales team builds valuable partnerships with wedding professionals and drives meaningful success to businesses.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas as well as daily activity expectations
  • Successfully manage a sales pipeline from start to finish
  • Make a high volume of sales calls on a daily basis
  • Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with potential clients to uncover prospect needs and give a strong, crisp and on-point presentation over the phone
  • Be persistent - consistently follow up with potential clients to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ability to organize work day and be proactive with time management
  • Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities in your pipeline up to date in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with other team members including those in other departments

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The primary responsibility of the Venue Account Executive is to hit monthly sales goals by engaging with wedding professionals in our Venue and Catering categories across a variety of regions. Through high volume cold calling and using a consultative sales process, our Account Executives build rapport with business owners to advise them on best practices and how to stay ahead of technology and industry trends through The Knot and The WeddingWire’s advertising platforms. Our Account Executives are independent, highly-motivated, and can successfully achieve monthly sales goals. They excel in creating connections, building rapport with business owners and decision makers, and understanding their goals and needs. 

The Venue Account Executive role requires sales experience and the ability to manage a longer sales cycle and pipeline.

This role can be based out of the following office locations: DC, Austin, NYC, or Remote.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make a high volume of sales calls on a daily basis
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas as well as daily activity expectations
  • Successfully manage a sales pipeline from start to finish
  • Ability to manage a longer and diverse sales process and pipeline, including identifying decision makers 
  • Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with potential clients to uncover prospect needs and give a strong, crisp and on-point presentation over the phone 
  • Be persistent - consistently follow up with potential clients to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ability to organize work day and be proactive with time management
  • Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities in your pipeline up to date in Salesforce
  • Close new business deals for the company 

SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, VENUE CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, understand challenges, propose solutions and evaluate results
  • Confidence and enthusiasm when presenting information to decision makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to engage and persuade
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills 
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and competitive team environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as be a collaborative team member

FUNCIONES

  • Tu zona de trabajo será Buenos Aires (con posibilidad de viajes puntales a otra zona);
  • Apertura de nuevo negocio a través de visitas presenciales a los clientes del portal;
  • Serás responsable de la gestión de cartera de clientes B2B, ofreciéndoles un servicio de gran retorno y precio asumible a las empresas del sector nupcial (villas, restaurantes, hoteles, etc.);
  • Asegurar la fidelización de nuestros clientes gracias a un servicio personalizado;
  • Te ocuparás de la negociación, seguimiento y cierre de las condiciones contractuales con los clientes.

 

REQUISITOS 

  • Experiencia demostrable de 3 años o más en un puesto similar
  • Residencia en Buenos Aires
  • Experiencia comercial, preferentemente en venta de servicios a clientes B2B
  • Ser un/a excelente profesional en negociación
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión 
  • Gusto por el trabajo con objetivos y la consecución de los mismos 
  • Estar en posesión de vehículo propio

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Account Manager, Growth (AM-G) is responsible for meeting or exceeding expectations for unit and revenue retention among the TKWW wedding pro (vendor) base. As the primary business consultants to TKWW’s vendors, the AM-G is responsible for a set of accounts and provides both reactive and proactive services to help paying vendors stay on track and see success on the TKWW platform(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain ownership and accountability of a book of business to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Directly influence retention by managing manual renewals, handling requests to cancel or downgrade TKWW services. 
  • Regularly reach out to the assigned client base and present upsell opportunities to grow your ACV.  High outbound call volume is a must!
  • Successfully manage a sales pipeline from start to finish.
  • Give a strong, crisp and on-point presentation over the phone.
  • Be persistent-consistently follow up with clients to negotiate renewal & expansion proposals to maximize their annual contract value.
  • Consistently meet or exceed stated performance expectations for work quality, quantity, and impact. 
  • Remain 100% compliant with all data, record-keeping, and reporting requests.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Renewal/retention/support/cancellation experience in a SaaS or similar environment
  • Comfortable with direct accountability for individual and team outcomes
  • Proven influencing and problem-solving skills. Can get customers to “yes” in multiple situations using multiple tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer service and relationship building skills, including the ability to de-escalate sensitive conversations with customers via phone and email
  • Thrives in a high-pace and collaborative team environment 
  • Consulting or coaching experience with small, medium-sized businesses
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and decision-making with incomplete information
  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized while balancing inbound client requests/questions and outbound expansion sales calls.

The Account Manager, Growth (AM-G) is responsible for meeting or exceeding expectations for unit and revenue retention among the TKWW wedding pro (vendor) base. As the primary business consultants to TKWW’s vendors, the AM-G is responsible for a set of accounts and provides both reactive and proactive services to help paying vendors stay on track and see success on the TKWW platform(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain ownership and accountability of a book of business to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Directly influence retention by managing manual renewals, handling requests to cancel or downgrade TKWW services. 
  • Regularly reach out to the assigned client base and present upsell opportunities to grow your ACV.  High outbound call volume is a must!
  • Successfully manage a sales pipeline from start to finish.
  • Give a strong, crisp and on-point presentation over the phone.
  • Be persistent-consistently follow up with clients to negotiate renewal & expansion proposals to maximize their annual contract value.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The analytic, personable and out-of-the-box-thinking Associate Affiliate & Revenue Operations Analyst (you!) will aid in affiliate revenue analytics and partnership-building for the affiliate and revenue operations team.  The Associate Affiliate & Revenue Operations Analyst will help manage the day-to-day operations of our affiliate program on the editorial content side of the business across our wedding (US and international) vertical and baby vertical. You will bring an analytic and organized mindset with partnership and account management skills to optimize our business. You will collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, content strategy, sales, and our merchant and network partners and report to the Senior Manager of Affiliate and Revenue Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You are responsible for supporting the day-to-day partner-communications: gathering merchant information, communicating with merchant partners, affiliate networks, and agencies
  • You are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational tasks such as link creation, pulling ad hoc data requests, and helping to maintain performance data trackers.
  • You will be liaising and communicating effectively with the edit team and strategy members regularly on affiliate merchant updates.
  • You will lead the communication of weekly merchant updates across US and International Wedding properties and The Bump- includes follow up communication for merchant information for edit and update merchants on content mentions 
  • You will lead the communication of weekly product status updates across US and International Wedding properties and The Bump- includes information on product sell out within articles or link updates, and actively involved in understanding inventory volumes when needed. 
  • You will maintain and update affiliate tracking documents to manage merchant lists and networks for Editors reference
  • You will support and aid in the assessment of affiliate content performance experiments with merchants and Edit team members
  • You will attend and support in affiliate meetings with merchant partners, affiliate networks, and agencies

 

SUCCESSFUL ASSOCIATE ANALYST, AFFILIATE CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1+ years of work experience in the digital media field or relevant industry (preferably in account management with an analytic mindset) or internship experience
  • Proficient in excel (advanced-beginner to intermediate level understanding)
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

TKWW is looking for an Associate Production Designer to contribute to our online wedding stationery collection. Our Associate Production Designer will own the creation and hand off of all merchandising imagery for our stationery ecommerce business. Specifically, creation of merchandising imagery using Photoshop from provided templates, and partnering with merchandising to launch designs on our 

website. This role will be seen as a resource for our Production Design team on all projects that concern file conversion and updating in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). We are looking for individuals who are extremely detail oriented, thrive in a fast paced environment, have Photoshop skills and experience with text and layers as well as knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for maintaining an organized workflow and file management via organization & provided naming conventions. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a dialogue with the Merchandising and Production Design team about workflow, expectations & progress 
  • Responsible for owning the creation of all merchandising images for all TKI paper products.
  • Responsible for taking on any additional file conversion or creation projects within Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator given clear templates and actions from Production Design team

SUCCESSFUL ASSOCIATE PRODUCTION CANDIDATES HAVE:

 Experience working in Photoshop. Specifically working with layers and text. Bonus if experience in using Photoshop actions

  • Intermediate knowledge of InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Collaborating with Account Management and Delivery & Service teams, foster a success oriented and accountable environment.
  • Drive and influence the value, usage and adoption of our products and services using metrics developed collaboratively with other functional teams. 
  • By closely monitoring customer success health and key indicators and close Customer interaction, take the lead in proactively resolving customer specific product and services issues prior to a negative impact to the Customers Experience.
  • Conduct regular customer health checks, highlighting customer success achievements, proactively suggesting solutions to customer concerns, and driving identified improvement opportunities

SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER SUCESS CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Educational Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree from any Tier 1/Tier 2 college

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

This role will sit within our Brand Partnerships & Ads team with a focus on the Hitched portfolio and UK market.
The Senior Account Manager’s core objective is to generate quality revenue that contributes towards the TKWW
Global Advertising business. With a key focus on media agencies, you will effectively represent TKWW up to and
at Business Director level. You will use commercial acumen and your deep understanding of our customers’
businesses to enable us to access the ‘brief behind the brief’ and respond with work that exceeds their business
objectives whilst enhancing the Hitched brand within TKWW. You will be responsible for the accelerated growth
of the digital line, working closely with internal teams to develop and deliver market-leading, bespoke solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● This is an outward facing role. You will be responsible for TKWW’s reputation at media agencies with
contacts up to and including Business Directors. They will rely on you to have an unrivaled
understanding of their business, the clients they represent and their competitors, in turn making you one
of their most trusted and valued contacts.
● You will be the voice of the client in the room - with the knowledge of what they will buy, you will be
expected to lead our internal teams to deliver against their objectives, constantly challenging them to
push the boundaries and playing a key role in shaping new products and ideas.
● You will have a thorough understanding of the BP&A products and associated parameters, so we never
sell or suggest anything that we can’t deliver. You will be an ally to our Editorial & Marketing colleagues.
● You will have a clear understanding of our BP&A 3-5 year strategy and use your relationships with
customers to test and trial new products.
● You will maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline to assist with revenue forecasting.
Account Management:
● You will always demonstrate a best in class customer experience by balancing their needs with those of
TKWW in order to deliver campaigns, strategies and activity plans that work brilliantly for all parties.
● You will develop and maintain strong relationships up to and including Business Directors across your
media agency portfolio, also prioritising internal relationships, to ensure we win together.
● You will be an ambassador for TKWW and the commercial work we produce - sharing our case studies
and best in class work; we want our customers to have the same enthusiasm for our brand as we do.
● You will understand the commercials and contractual obligations on each account, within your remit,
and identify potential issues to help support with client contracts and billing.
● You will prepare project plans and roadmaps to ensure client expectations are managed should any
campaign elements need to change.
Selling & Negotiation:
● You will be a confident and engaging presenter who has the ability to be agile and think on their feet.
● You will be a strong negotiator, managing internal and external needs to find the best solution for all
whilst always bearing in mind our 3-5 year strategic objectives, particularly when cross-selling.
● You will have an understanding of how to effectively negotiate at all stages of a deal to ensure we
deliver what we have committed to. Maintaining a balance between media and value whilst still offering
a compelling ROI to the client and not compromising our profitability.
● You will effectively adapt selling techniques according to market conditions and agency landscape.
● You will proactively develop presentations, reports, strategies and other documentation for clients - even
when they haven’t asked for it - to drive additional revenue opportunities through tactical approaches.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

● Minimum of 4-5 years relevant professional experience either at a Media Owner or in a Media Agency.
● Customer facing experience with a proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term client
relationships both directly and through media agencies.
● Understanding of the advertising industries, including the challenges and ways to mitigate risk.
● Excellent understanding of digital channels, in particular direct digital, programmatic and paid social.
● Excellent understanding of content solutions and measurement.
● Understanding of other online and offline channels and the relationship between them.
● Proven track record of online campaign planning and management, preferably across blue-chip clients.
● Excellent Account Management skills, with demonstrable experience of managing multiple stakeholders
internally and externally.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with a bias to action and a will to win.
● Confidence in writing and delivering presentations, proposals and strategies to multiple levels within an
organisation.
● Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) - fluent in English, professional proficiency.
● IT skills, including excel, and strong numerical skills.
● Fantastic attention to detail.
● An understanding of budget and resource restraints.
● A proactive and motivated self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team.
● Knowledge and experience of using G-Suite products and Salesforce is a plus but not required.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The US Enrichment team is a process support function to our US sales team to improve the efficiency of our vendor data-set. The team works to leverage information by updating the existing vendor particulars and take responsibility for sourcing potential new vendors from various platforms. The objective is to enhance the total addressable market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect information about wedding businesses through secondary research, review it and update the relevant information on our existing vendor platform 
  • Ensure 100% completion in daily executed tasks while maintaining an accuracy rate of 100%

SUCCESSFUL  CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree; with relevant work experience would be preferred
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience (Operations-related)
  • Key Skills:  
    • Stellar research skills and detail-oriented 
    • Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and enthusiasm 
    • Great team player who loves to see the entire team winning together

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

WeddingPro Support Team Members on our Global Support Operations team are responsible for supporting our local WPS Support Team by providing exceptional service and an effortless experience to the TKWW vendor base. As the front-line and most frequent contact for both paid and unpaid vendors, the WeddingPro Support Team Members are crucial to building and maintaining strong brand affinity and vendor satisfaction. We provide quality guidance, emphasize product value, and instill excitement in every phone call to help drive loyalty and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide highly responsive service to TKWW Wedding Pros (vendors), efficiently and professionally via email.
  • Maintain sufficient product knowledge across all TKWW properties to provide accurate solutions and an effortless vendor experience.
  • Problem solve technical questions and issues that customers may have and work cross-departmentally to resolve them.
  • Share “the voice of the vendor” from the WeddingPro Support POV so leadership can adequately support retention efforts.
  • Identify and flag any site bugs or common customer questions to Support leadership.
  • Consistently meet or exceed stated performance expectations for work quality, quantity, and impact. 
  • Maintain individual and team-level ratings of satisfaction with WeddingPro Support. These may include CSAT, CRS, NPS or other metrics as determined by leadership. 
  • Remain 100% compliant with all data, record-keeping, and reporting requests.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 2-3 year experience with previous work in a high volume, high visibility customer service environment or similar
  • Strong technical background, preferably with SaaS or subscription products
  • Proven ability to learn new information and adopt new processes quickly and effectively 
  • Strong written and impeccable verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
  • Willing to work in US Shift timings
