ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:   

As an Account Director at The Knot Worldwide, you will join a team that is high-energy and positively competitive -- hungry to break new business and retain and optimize the partners. Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue with partners by providing solutions that build our clients' businesses across all our brands.

You will use your expertise and knowledge to work with our most trusted partners to unlock the full potential of their brands through a unique blend of premier content offerings, high-value audiences, cutting-edge technology, and a deep product portfolio.

This is a high-energy job requiring persistent and persuasive interactions with clients, deep digital, social and programmatic expertise, proven sales skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to close deals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive revenue across platforms for all brands within assigned agencies/territories
  • Develop new relationships at all levels with agency and client partners.
  • Prospect, including the ability to qualify and close new accounts.
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of TKWWs advertising products and solutions.
  • Be proactive with partners consistently bringing them solution-oriented products to meet their business challenges.
  • Manage the proposal and media plan process, ensuring highly relevant and creative solutions for partners.
  • Work closely with your senior management to manage internal revenue expectations and forecasting.
  • Manage a sales pipeline with timely and accurate forecasting.
  • Consistently communicate market feedback 

SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, GMS CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • At least 5+ years of digital media experience in a sales or sales support role.
  • Experience at a leading publisher, technology or social media platform.
  • Must be client focussed seller who has experience in online/digital sales
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a demonstrated success in managing high-touch clients.
  • Strong track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client.
  • Understanding of the digital landscape, including programmatic vs. direct solutions
  • Prior experience maintaining opportunity pipelines with a CRM such as Salesforce.com
  • Bridal/Baby category experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make a high volume of sales calls on a daily basis
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas as well as daily activity expectations
  • Successfully manage a sales pipeline from start to finish
  • Ability to manage a longer and diverse sales process and pipeline, including identifying decision makers

We are excited to welcome a new group of interns in the Summer of 2022! Beginning in June, this 9-week paid internship will be fully remote and will include roles from all of our departments (sales, tech & product, marketing, legal, finance & accounting, and HR). BUSINESS OPERATIONS INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

This position will work closely to support the Local Business Operations team, which plays an essential role in solving complex problems across our two-sided marketplace in areas such as pricing, product strategy, go-to-market optimization, and analytics.

  • Support and assist Sales Analyst team with execution of regular processes, potentially related to reporting, sales targets and compensation
  • Provide ad-hoc support in the form of various analyses based on current business needs
  • Create presentations and understand how to make data visually appealing and simple to both navigate and comprehend for business operations, including drawing upon quantitative and qualitative data
  • Create and work with metrics, reports, and dashboards to identify insights that drive business initiatives
  • Assist with regular quota process maintenance

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Category Manager for Registry will play an integral part bringing the vision for The Knot Registry Store to life through our assortment. They will be known as a trusted, collaborative and results-oriented business partner who possesses professional maturity and an ability to build strong partnerships. They will be responsible for developing and optimizing assortment strategies to deliver sales and profit goals. This role will report directly to the Director of Merchandising Partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops strategic initiatives to create a comprehensive registry assortment that enables us to hit our sales and revenue goals. 
  • Acts as the subject matter expert on key registry categories and utilizes that knowledge to identify category, price, brand and trend gaps. Works closely with cross-functional teams to fill those gaps.
  • Demonstrates financial acumen to report on key performance metrics. Assists with developing forward looking sales and revenue forecasts by category. 
  • Conducts competitive analysis, understands our gaps to competitive parity and identifies opportunities for differentiation
  • Works closely with Vendor Manager(s) to strategically curate and optimize our assortment through our portfolio of sellers
  • Has a deep understanding of our couples and guests’ needs when it comes to their experience with registry, acts as the customer advocate across internal and cross-functional teams

SUCCESSFUL CATEGORY MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 4-6 years of experience within a Merchandising/eCommerce function with Category Management aspects. 
  • Experience within Registry preferred, not required. Experience within Kitchen and Home categories preferred, not required
  • Excel proficiency, strong analytical skills  and experience working with large amounts of data

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

The Policy Analyst is responsible for extensive research, providing review insights and basic tech support on The Knot Worldwide policies to our internal teams and wedding pro’s as well as review issues to our local wedding pro’s and couples. You will manage both couples and wedding professional questions regarding our company policies via phone and email and handle escalations and inquiries from our sales and support teams. You’ll work directly with local wedding professionals to investigate review disputes regarding their business and serve as a liaison/mediator between the opposing parties. You’ll provide unbiased guidance on disputes, and uphold our company policies based on documentation and communicate effectively to both internal and external parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately, efficiently and professionally answer all incoming emails
  • Communicate thoroughly with customers, couples, tech teams and other internal team members
  • Problem-solve technical review questions and issues that users may have and work cross-departmentally to resolve them
  • Assist difficult wedding pros or situations with a calm and professional demeanor
  • Evaluate disputes by gathering factual information, document details, and outcome accurately
  • Follow-up and monitor situations until the disputes are resolved completely
  • Provide tech support to couples interacting with the reviews hub
  • Maintain an unbiased outlook on disputes and situations
  • Review wedding professional social media and websites to ensure compliance with our policies.

Requirements:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service and escalation experience.  Must be comfortable handling difficult customers or situations, keeping calm
  • Previous experience assisting small to medium businesses and the ability to adapt to a variety of customer types
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Docs, Salesforce) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

We’re dedicated to providing a best in class vendor journey, and as part of that we have account success managers who are in contact with our clients throughout their journey with Hitched.

As a Customer Care Representative you’ll be responsible for vendor ‘incubation’, managing new accounts in all categories, irrespective of value - during their first 9 months on the platform. Your key focus will be to accelerate vendor ‘time to value’ through: account set-up, expectation management, and 9 month ‘operational health’ performance. RESPONSIBILITIES:

WeddingPro Support Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional service and an effortless experience to the TKWW vendor base. As the front-line and most frequent contact for both paid and unpaid vendors, the WeddingPro Support Team Members are crucial to building and maintaining strong brand affinity and vendor satisfaction. We provide quality guidance, emphasize product value, and instill excitement in every phone call to help drive loyalty and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide highly responsive service to TKWW Wedding Pros (vendors), efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain sufficient product knowledge across all TKWW properties to provide accurate solutions and an effortless vendor experience.  
  • Work directly with vendors who purchase new or additional TKWW products. Ensure every purchaser is prepared to succeed with TKWW and that the company collects relevant vendor data and expectations to inform the optimal customer journey and experience
  • Problem solve technical questions and issues that customers may have and work cross-departmentally to resolve them.
  • Share “the voice of the vendor” from the WeddingPro Support POV so leadership can adequately support retention efforts.
  • Create and maintain an individual development plan (IDP) to inform career development, prioritize learning opportunities, and foster growth within and beyond TKWW. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed stated performance expectations for work quality, quantity, and impact. 
  • Maintain individual and team-level ratings of satisfaction with WeddingPro Support. These may include CSAT, CES, NPS or other metrics as determined by leadership. 
  • Remain 100% compliant with all data, record-keeping, and reporting requests.

SUCCESSFUL WEDDINGPRO SUPPORT SPECIALISTS HAVE:

  • Previous work in a high volume, high visibility customer service environment or similar
  • Strong technical background, preferably with SaaS or subscription products
  • Proven ability to learn new information and adopt new processes quickly and effectively 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pace and collaborative team environment 
  • Comfort with direct accountability for outcomes and vendor sentiment
  • Comfort with change, ambiguity, and decision-making with incomplete information
  • Strong and validated service ethic--including upward advocacy of vendor/customer needs and wishes

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Digital Merchandise Specialist will play an integral part in bringing the assortment and merchandising leg of our registry e-commerce platform to life. They will be known as a trusted, collaborative and results-oriented business partner who possesses professional maturity and an ability to build strong partnerships. They will be responsible for maintaining the digital storefront, with a keen focus on product set-up. This role will report directly to the Director of Site Merchandising. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Execute the start to finish setup of all products for the site, including but not limited to product imagery, product copy, pricing, and taxonomy. 
  • Responsible for ensuring product launches on the site on time and with all applicable selling information (Images, Copy, Color Names, Pricing, etc.) and ensures it is merchandised and searchable in all equivalent locations cross-site.
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain the daily maintenance and schedule of product launches.
  • Assist in all supplier onboarding communications such as orientation, onboarding meetings, and questions/feedback.

 

SUCCESSFUL Digital Merchandise Specialist CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1-3 years of experience within a Digital Merchandising/eCommerce function.
  • Excels in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail oriented with an ability to manage and complete multiple projects.

  • Magento and or Mirakl experience is a plus.

The qualified candidate will be a high energy Ads sales manager who has experience and existing relationships with senior level clients as well as in the agency/media buying community, has previous experience managing a small team and who thrives in working in a fast paced digital media environment.   • Work cross functionally with Account Management, Integrated Marketing and Ad Operations to ensure the successful execution of media ad campaigns

SUCCESSFUL ADS MANAGERS CANDIDATES HAVE:

We are looking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager to maintain solid relationships with our key clients. ABOUT THE MANAGER, PRICING & MONETIZATION ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We are hiring a manager for our US and Canada Local Marketplace team which connects over 2 million engaged couples with +40,000 local wedding vendors (e.g. Venue, DJ, Florist, etc.) across the US and Canada each year. This position plays an essential role in solving complex problems across our two-sided marketplace as it relates to pricing, monetization and optimization analytics. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who is equally comfortable driving both strategy and execution in a cross-functional environment while closely coordinating with stakeholders across operations, sales, marketing, product, enterprise technology, and data science. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as subject matter expert responsible for formulating strategy and overseeing implementation of all pricing and monetization efforts related to the Local Marketplace including sales go-to-market, new product strategy and retention optimization
  • Own and continuously evaluate and optimize pricing process for the organization and work with sales, management and enterprise technology to implement projects 
  • Refine vendor and marketplace health indicators and metrics to inform strategic recommendations, partnering closely with our data science team
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership teams, using data-driven insights to inform pricing changes, design experiments and implementation
  • Advocate effectively for your recommendations by building sound and data-driven businesses cases as well as tailoring your communication to audiences across multiple teams and skill-sets
  • Support Deal Desk policies on discounting and pricing as well as build tools and analytics to advance pricing reporting

SUCESSFUL MANAGER, PRICING & MONETIZATION CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience in a finance, consulting, or similar background (ideally working with tech, subscription, eCommerce, marketplace, or media businesses) with direct pricing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
  • Experience in building pricing models from the bottom up quickly and with little previous framework and imperfect data sets

SOBRE EL PUESTO

Debido al crecimiento internacional estamos buscando una persona para cubrir el puesto de Traducción Francia (castellano-francés) que se responsabilizará de la traducción, adaptación, y transcreación del contenido de la web para el mercado francés. 

  • Responsable de la traducción y adaptación del contenido  –interno y externo–  en varios canales (adaptación de campañas de comunicación, textos de producto para web y apps, textos B2B, emails…) usando terminología específica del sector.
  • Verificar que el contenido traducido transmite el significado y el tono originales propios de la empresa siguiendo los valores y la cultura de la empresa y adaptándolo a la realidad cultural del país (transcreación).

  • Revisión de textos traducidos para corregir errores gramaticales, ortográficos o de puntuación.



¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?

  • Estarás en contacto con el equipo de Traducción y participarás en todos los proyectos que requieran adaptación lingüística (campañas de comunicación, creatividades e infografías para redes sociales, desarrollo de nuevos productos para la web, campañas SEM, adaptación de textos orientados a SEO etc.), lo que te permitirá tener una visión 360º de lo que se hace en la compañía.

The Knot Worldwide is looking for a Sales Director Spain & Portugal to lead the B2B Sales team who is responsible for building rapport with business owners, advising them on how advertising on TKWW is going to help market their business to engaged couples. The Sales Director will have direct managerial responsibilities over several sales teams in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. 

As a Sales Director you will be responsible for driving sales activities within assigned territories by managing the sales teams, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth, and reviewing market analysis. As a highly visible leader, you will support the company's strategic plan due to the growing opportunities in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and exceed the countries’ monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals. 
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to ensure sustainable growth within the region.  
  • Analyse existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor data and analytics to calibrate approach or modify strategy as needed.
  • Lead, manage, motivate and inspire the team by providing clear expectations, appropriate coaching, mentoring and feedback.

The Knot Worldwide is looking for a Sales Director Spain & Portugal to lead the B2B Sales team who is responsible for building rapport with business owners, advising them on how advertising on TKWW is going to help market their business to engaged couples. The Sales Director will have direct managerial responsibilities over several sales teams in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. 

As a Sales Director you will be responsible for driving sales activities within assigned territories by managing the sales teams, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth, and reviewing market analysis. As a highly visible leader, you will support the company's strategic plan due to the growing opportunities in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and exceed the countries’ monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals. 
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to ensure sustainable growth within the region.  
  • Analyse existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor data and analytics to calibrate approach or modify strategy as needed.
  • Lead, manage, motivate and inspire the team by providing clear expectations, appropriate coaching, mentoring and feedback.
  • Develop and implement action plans for responsible sales representatives through periodic meetings and traveling with sales representatives.
  • Drive and engage in optimisation and scalability projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Available to travel frequently within Spain and Portugal;
  • ~7 years' experience in Sales; Business Development and Account Management;
  • 4 years' of people management experience (of between 30 - 50 people - mandatory);
  • Proven experience in sales management in multinational or big corporations;
  • Proven leadership and strategic skills;
  • Proven skills in managing remote teams and developing others;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Advanced ability to recognise financial implications of business decisions and strategy;
  • Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors;

  • Act as the primary business partner to Local Sales Team leadership to drive overall strategy, process, and efficiency

The TKWW Training & Enablement Team has an immediate need for a Systems Training Specialist to assist with training, documentation, and sales support for all systems and process related content.  We are searching for a self-starter with foundational knowledge of the TKWW products, GP Admin system, Salesforce, existing business rules and processes. This person must have experience and passion for training groups of reps at all levels as well as individual coaching and support with regards to complicated processes and steps. This person should be service oriented and passionate about helping out the sales team to process deals and constantly look for opportunities for scalable improvement and areas for increased efficiency. They will report to and assist the Senior Manager of Systems Training in all aspects of training, development, documentation and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Subject matter expert in all sales systems including: GP Admin, Salesforce, Yesware, Fuze, join.me, & Calendly as it relates to the functions of all Local teams including: New Business, Account Management Retention and Growth, WeddingPro Support and Billing 
  • Training and facilitation for New Hires and internal transitions
  • Assist both new hires and transitioning reps with initial system set-up and configurations
  • Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting and how to identify user error vs. systems outages including working with reps and users to resolve issues with our systems and communications of updates as needed. 
  • Maintaining and updating documentation for processes and systems 
  • Supporting new hires through their New Hire Onboarding experience and first week(s) of live calls, including being available as needed to screen share and answer a high volume of systems related questions
  • Assisting with rolling out new systems or updates to existing systems and processes
  • May assist with evaluation of new technologies/platforms in accordance with the needs of our team
  • May assist with other aspects of Training and Enablement including the new hire onboarding experience, product roll out and communications and content creation.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1-2+ years' of advanced sales systems experience with a deep working knowledge of Salesforce

The Editor is responsible for all social products created on behalf of our advertisers that run across TKWW channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Tik Tok.  

The right person for the job will be adept at crafting on-brand social copy, analyzing performance, and staying on top of the latest social media trends. This role will work closely with other groups in the organization, specifically account management and sales development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own brand partnership content calendar & manage postings across all platforms with a focus on Instagram and Pinterest
  • Oversee Associate Social Media Editor
  • Curate posts and copy to promote partner messaging and KPI’s
  • Use analytic tools such as Google Analytics, reporting from posting software such as Dash Hudson, Curalate, Facebook Business Manager to track growth and success across social channels as well as manage weekly reporting for our internal teams/clients
  • Focused on increasing engagement and followers by creating posts and captions that resonate with our audience
  • Regularly pitch new, innovative social concepts and ideas that can lead to revenue opportunities for our clients
  • Identify influencer talent for custom content and collaborate on partnerships, and manage all influencer relationships for pre-and-post efforts for custom content, digital and social campaigns and print executions
  • Brainstorm and provide creative concepts
  • Meet client expectations and deadlines
  • Provide timelines for planning and deliverables
  • Handle influencer/talent contracts 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 3+ years in Social Media with an advertising agency or with a brand direct is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to write social copy and curate images

The Vendor Manager for Registry will play an integral part in managing our portfolio of sellers that fuel The Knot Registry Store. They will be known as a trusted, collaborative and results-oriented business partner who possesses professional maturity and an ability to build strong partnerships. This role will report directly to the Director of Merchandising Partnerships.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Main point of contact for a portfolio of vendors, tasked with maximizing partnerships for The Knot Registry Store to deliver on our sales and profit goals.
  • Responsible for vendor performance metrics, uses data to identify opportunities for growth. Assists with developing forward looking sales and revenue forecasts by vendor.
  • Works with vendors on assortment curation and catalog management with the goal of creating a comprehensive and productive registry offering.
  • Assists with the onboarding of new vendors and products. Assesses launch prioritization and works with cross-functional teams to manage onboarding calendar. 
  • Leads vendor business review meetings and works closely with external and internal teams to execute strategic growth  initiatives. 
  • Works closely with Category Manager(s) to understand assortment gaps, emerging trends and category productivity to optimize vendor catalogs.

SUCCESSFUL VENDOR MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 4-6 years of experience within a Merchandising/eCommerce function with Vendor Management aspects. Experience within Registry preferred, not required
  • Excel proficiency, strong analytical skills  and experience working with large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Collaborative, consultative style with an ability to establish trust and build relationships

ABOUT THE ROLE:

WeddingPro Support Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional service and an effortless experience to the TKWW vendor base. As the front-line and most frequent contact for both paid and unpaid vendors, the WeddingPro Support Team Members are crucial to building and maintaining strong brand affinity and vendor satisfaction. We provide quality guidance, emphasize product value, and instill excitement in every phone call to help drive loyalty and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide highly responsive service to TKWW Wedding Pros (vendors), efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain sufficient product knowledge across all TKWW properties to provide accurate solutions and an effortless vendor experience.  
  • Work directly with vendors who purchase new or additional TKWW products. Ensure every purchaser is prepared to succeed with TKWW and that the company collects relevant vendor data and expectations to inform the optimal customer journey and experience
  • Problem solve technical questions and issues that customers may have and work cross-departmentally to resolve them.
  • Share “the voice of the vendor” from the WeddingPro Support POV so leadership can adequately support retention efforts.
  • Create and maintain an individual development plan (IDP) to inform career development, prioritize learning opportunities, and foster growth within and beyond TKWW. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed stated performance expectations for work quality, quantity, and impact. 
  • Maintain individual and team-level ratings of satisfaction with WeddingPro Support. These may include CSAT, CES, NPS or other metrics as determined by leadership. 
  • Remain 100% compliant with all data, record-keeping, and reporting requests.

SUCCESSFUL WEDDINGPRO SUPPORT SPECIALISTS HAVE:

  • Previous work in a high volume, high visibility customer service environment or similar
  • Strong technical background, preferably with SaaS or subscription products
  • Proven ability to learn new information and adopt new processes quickly and effectively 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pace and collaborative team environment 
  • Comfort with direct accountability for outcomes and vendor sentiment
  • Comfort with change, ambiguity, and decision-making with incomplete information
  • Strong and validated service ethic--including upward advocacy of vendor/customer needs and wishes
  • Must have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Docs) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Salesforce CRM and reporting experience, a plus!
  • Familiar with tools for online self-service and real-time chat, a plus!
