ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

As a member of the eComm Creative Studio team specializing in print design, the Creative Studio Manager - Production and Traffic is the glue that keeps our team together and organized. In this newly created role, you will learn our current creative and production process and help create a better way of working by implementing processes that enable producing high quality work more efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our production team, timelines and the creative work que, making sure tasks are strategically assigned to meet deadlines. Being a team player, extremely organized, able to build cross-functional relationships, and flexible will lead to success in this role. You have a passion for good design and the creative process and desire to work within a team to deliver best in class creative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set timelines, prioritize, and allocate projects/tasks to the production team ensuring peak efficiency
  • Be the expert and source-of-truth for all creative print projects. You will traffic projects from start to finish while making sure all milestones are hit. 
  • You will manage the flow of work and ensure seamless cross-functional handoff in order to meet deadlines.  
  • Define and implement all processes, systems, and tools that our team requires to work cross-functionally.
  • Represent creative studio team in meetings and communicate on behalf of the team
  • You will set a cadence for regularly communicating project statuses and updates to all stakeholders.
  • You will proactively define and develop process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across the creative studio and cross-functional teams. 
  • Support the Director of Creative Ops by managing project intakes and building out project timelines that integrate workstreams between cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and work on other projects and tasks assigned by Director of Creative Ops

SUCCESSFUL SENIOR TRAFFIC MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 3-5+ years of project or traffic management experience specifically for creative teams; agency experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding and operational knowledge of design and production processes
  • Extremely detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks/projects
  • Critical thinker and dynamic problem solver
  • Known for keeping calm under pressure
  • Strong listener and communication skills - ability to read between the lines
  • Diplomatic and able to manage expectations of all stakeholders, with ability to push back when needed
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to see the big picture
  • Proficiency with Google Suite tools

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Digital Merchandise Specialist will play an integral part in bringing the assortment and merchandising leg of our e-commerce platforms to life. This will include our registry as well as paper businesses. They will be known as a trusted, collaborative and results-oriented business partner who possesses professional maturity and an ability to build strong partnerships. They will be responsible for maintaining the digital storefront, with a keen focus on product set-up and on-site merchandising. This role will report directly to the Director of Site Merchandising. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Execute the start to finish setup of all products for the site, including but not limited to product imagery, product copy, and taxonomy. 
  • Responsible for ensuring product launches on the site on time and with all applicable selling information (Images, Copy, Color Names, etc.) and ensures it is merchandised and searchable in all equivalent locations cross-site.
  • Continually analyze, execute, and provide improvements to the customer experience as it relates to navigation, search, and product listing pages.
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain the daily maintenance and schedule of product launches and on-site presentation/features.
  • Daily review of sales and KPIs to identify and understand the key drivers behind site performance.
  • Prepare and analyze merchandising reporting and data to deliver insights and recommendations for online merchandising strategies.
  • Review competitor websites to ensure industry alignment with product presentation, categorization, and trends.

SUCCESSFUL DIGITAL MERCHANDISE SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1-3 years of experience within a Digital Merchandising/eCommerce function.
  • Excels in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail oriented with an ability to manage and complete multiple projects.
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver determined to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Collaborative, consultative style with an ability to establish trust and build relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The VP of Merchandising will help set the strategic direction, and oversee execution, of product merchandising across multiple eCommerce sites. You will bring an entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem solving and user-centric thinking to the TKWW eCommerce business. You will work alongside key business partners providing a data-driven approach to decision making, and will report directly to the EVP of eCommerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Responsible for overall strategy and execution of assortment, pricing and promotions across multiple eCommerce sites. 
  • Bring best-in-class knowledge and expertise while balancing strategic vision with tactical execution in a fast moving environment.
  • Analyze product and assortment strategies and leverage product, consumer and market insights to effectively drive business strategies.
  • Develop and manage pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profit potential.
  • Regularly monitor, analyze and report on business performance.
  • Identify trends and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Combines big picture thinking with day to day tactics.

SUCCESSFUL VP, MERCHANDISING CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 12+ years of experience in ecommerce/site merchandising, with at least 6 years experience leading teams. (Registry merchandising experience a plus.)
  • A hands-on approach to leadership and is willing to roll-up their sleeves, get into the weeds, and at the same time set direction based on enterprise and company goals. 
  • Proven ability to drive product strategies that deliver financial and brand objectives.
  • A desire to build business relationships across departments and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive analysis into action.
  • A highly organized, prepared, and confidently persuasive communication style across all audiences, with an ability to explain complex issues in a simple way.
  • The ability to balance the art in story telling with the science in analytics to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Experience driving improvements in navigation, search, product curation, segmentation and personalization.
  • Comfortability leading, collaborating and communicating in a remote-work environment until a back to the office policy post-covid is implemented.
