ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Knot Worldwide is looking for an energetic, talented Associate Director of Product Marketing to drive product awareness, engagement and demand of The Knot Registry. This position will help develop positioning strategy and execute communication highlighting new features and product functionality highlighting The Knot’s expertise as a leader in the wedding industry. This role will support the Marketing team in driving usage offerings, including The Knot Registry Store, cash funds, Wedding Planner apps and more. You will work with smart and creative people who will help you hone your skills and develop your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Product Marketing team to define and execute compelling marketing positioning and campaigns for The Knot Registry
  • Identify new opportunities for The Knot to generate product demand and usage
  • Drive internal cross-team transparency on value of new initiatives and improvements
  • Create onsite messaging, emails, and other materials as needed to communicate product improvements and associated marketing programs
  • Partner with owners of paid channels to launch, track and optimize customer acquisition related campaigns
  • Analyze program and campaign effectiveness, share key learnings and make recommendations about future growth opportunities
  • Strong cross-functional aptitude and relationships with product, research, support, business and merchandising teams
  • Proactively stay on top of what our competitors are doing

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Minimum 7-9 years product marketing experience
  • Works well cross-functionally, particularly with Product and Creative teams
  • Strong player-coach mentality, excels at strategic thinking as well as rolling up sleeves to get things done
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritizing and organizing effectively
  • Outstanding writer and editor with exceptional attention to detail
  • Understanding of SEO principles preferred  
  • Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-directed with the desire to take initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with all levels of management
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork and results

El/La candidato/a ideal debe tener experiencia en el manejo y moderación de una comunidad online, ser creativo/a, proactivo/a y capaz de aportar soluciones e ideas y manejar varias prioridades al mismo tiempo.

¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA? 

  • Desarrollar, dinamizar y gestionar la comunidad de Bodas.com.mx
  • Crear y editar contenido online.
  • Brindar soporte y asistencia al usuario (en su mayoría novios y novias registrados en el portal) en caso de tener problemas técnicos con el sitio.

The Corporate Communications Director will develop and lead from conception to implementation an impactful and measurable corporate communication strategy for The Knot Worldwide and its collection of global lifestage brands. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a PR agency and/or in-house PR team in the corporate communications field. This individual will report into the Senior Director of Communications, and manage internal team members, lead cross-functional department committees, partner closely with the internal comms lead and be the go-to lead for managing the corporate team with an external PR agency. This Director will be accountable to execution of corporate comms initiatives that mitigate reputational risk, build awareness, enhance credibility and grow positive reputation of The Knot Worldwide, its brands and leaders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable, confident and poised working and interacting with senior leadership and executives, and will lead collaboration across departments on cross-functional initiatives. This individual will also develop and manage crisis communications, Corporate Social Responsibility and DEI initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Establish a corporate communications and company reputation strategy for all company stakeholders: Employees, Investors, Consumers and Vendors; that elevates our company purpose &  mission.
  • Manage the crisis communications and escalation processes and procedures cross functionally in partnership with Leadership Teams ensuring rigor and discipline across departments and touch points. 
  • Develop and manage all internal processes to enhance global coordination and alignment of corporate communications activities to ensure consistency in corporate message, target retention and impact. 
  • Implement executive placement strategies, including speaking engagements, awards, and profiles, to successfully position The Knot Worldwide leadership as visionaries and thought leaders in the global tech & product industries.
  • Draft 360 communication plans for all business transaction related events, including: press materials, pitches, press releases, FAQs, reactive & proactive statements and message points. 
  • Inform, elevate and sometimes develop DE&I & Corporate Social Responsibility programs 
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to align launches, initiatives and key business pillars with communications opportunities
  • Contribute to interview and speaking preparation for executives, including the development of presentations, talking points, briefing documents, and other written and visual materials.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 10+ years of working experience in corporate communications and media relations, preferably at a high-profile company and/or a reputable PR firm and handles strategy and crisis management; financial or investor relations experience a plus
  • A creative, strategic problem-solver with an affinity for details; and have an exceptional work ethic and a positive mentality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence working with senior leadership

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Knot Worldwide (TKWW) are the global leaders of media and editorial content for the wedding industry, not resting on our laurels we are expanding our award winning content expertise to the video and entertainment film categories. We are building out our branded content and digital video  entertainment team and are looking for an amazing talent to manage & grow the day to day development pipeline. 

 

This talented leader will manage the development and execution of our premium digital content pipeline for TheKnot’s video ecosystem onsite and offsite (ie YouTube & OTT.) They will be a key member of the content marketing team, reporting to the Director of Editorial Video. The Manager will develop the processes, recommendations and contribute to the editorial strategy to grow The Knot Worldwide’s YouTube presence based on a deep understanding of the OTT/YouTube consumer and the full TKWW content ecosystem to deliver the right content, to the right user, at the right time. Success will be measured around effective collaboration, content quality and growing viewers, subscribers, & commercial revenue.

 

We’re looking for an individual that has strong creative instincts as we place high value on the power of storytelling to captivate an audience balanced with data-driven decision making know-how to support our growth aspirations. The talent will partner with a highly cross-functional team to develop the right content to deliver the products, features, content genres, tools, advice and inspiration to serve our audiences. The position requires strong communication skills, a business mindset, and a passion for amazing film.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • In partnership with Channel Managers, build on the growth of YouTube — creating and optimizing made-for-YouTube content and ensuring every on-platform detail is just right, from search-friendly titles to eye-catching thumbnails
  • Manage the onsite video content publishing process, viewability standards and partner with ad sales teams to ensure content engagement excellence.
  • Support the development of long-form, short-form, and episodic video franchises across content genres from entertainment, branded content, animation, live action, reality and UGC to build up views.
  • Contribute to creative development including ideation and brainstorming
  • Provide creative feedback during the development process and during ongoing production
  • Help to identify new creative opportunities (talent, stories, source material, etc.) for the department to pursue
  • Research for new and existing concepts and videos
  • Act as the project management glue between our creative, editorial, media sales and product teams so that video marketing is fully baked into strategic initiatives.
  • Support & Manage the day to day ecosystem of external agencies, producers and internal teams of creators, and editors that are responsible for the day-to-day execution
  • Work in tandem with Director to foster and maintain strong relationships with creative talent
  • Work closely with Director to facilitate efficient and effective operations across the division. Some duties may include; preparing meeting agendas, tracking follow-up actions, etc.
  • Present the value and progress of Editorial Video (onsite and Offsite platform performance) to internal leaders, managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing feedback about these platforms with the team
  • Maintain internal tracking grids as well as competitive grids

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-4+ years experience in curating & producing video content, in the entertainment or streaming, online industry.
  • Passionate about storytelling through engaging sight, sound and visuals
  • A long and short form content enthusiast who stays on top of the latest trends, talent, audiences and content offerings across platforms
  • An affinity for stories that tap into the cultural zeitgeist and social influence as well as journalistic intent.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of development and production simultaneously, helping to prioritize and keep projects on track
  • Clear communicator, both on the page and in a room when articulating ideas.
  • Ruthlessly analytical with experience in developing content strategies based on deep analytics and SEO insights
  • Able to share the credit across a team working towards the goal of growing revenue and creative excellence
  • A mastery understanding of how content is successful across different platforms (O&O, Youtube, OTT, Social, etc..)
  • Knowledge of production and post-production processes, formats and techniques
  • Proactive - always looking for ways to foster innovative creative approaches to bring 'never-been-done-before' ideas to the table.

  • Deliver 10 to 20 articles per month of approximately 800 words each.

  • Audit existing content on Mariages.net to identify opportunities to update and further optimize articles

The Knot Worldwide is looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Consumer Insights Senior Manager to lead research studies for the company’s 11 wedding brands in Europe and Latin American. This position will work closely with groups across the organization – including marketing, product and strategy teams – to represent the attitudes, preferences and behaviors of current and potential users. This individual will work especially to understand cultural differences in wedding planning across our international markets.

In this role, you will manage research projects from inception to completion, including methodology selection, data analysis and presentation of findings. We are looking for someone that is comfortable with both “scrappy” and sophisticated research methodologies – you’ll need to be comfortable programming and launching a quick study among our users as well as working with external research partners. You’ll be working with stakeholders who value data and insights to inform strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct surveys among couples, guests and wedding professionals about behaviors and preferences and synthesize findings into actionable insights/recommendations.
  • Lead the design and execution of  both quantitative and qualitative research studies to keep a pulse on industry trends and category insights (attire, stationery, etc).  Work closely across the organization to ensure studies address knowledge gaps and support business priorities.
  • Work with the marketing team on studies to optimize product and campaign messaging/positioning, including emails, landing pages and other assets. 
  • Track brand awareness and perceptions and surface opportunities to strengthen brand position.  Collaborate with the U.S team on methodology and reporting.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a PR agency and/or in-house PR team and be located within a reasonable distance to NYC for occasional in-person press events, media appearances and team planning meetings. This individual will report to the Associate Director of Public Relations and will assist with developing and executing integrated PR campaigns. Candidates must have a track record of generating positive results in consumer press and have a finger on the pulse of trends and interests of GenZ and Millennial audiences. Keen communication skills and proven experience in writing talking points, briefing docs, company messaging and press releases is a must. This individual will manage a junior team member and help with management of an external PR agency team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable and confident when interacting with senior leadership and company spokespeople, and will work closely with the partnerships, B2B marketing, integrated marketing, editorial, social, research and other teams on cross-functional initiatives. A love of writing and creative brainstorming are essential, and previous TV segment production and event planning experience is ideal.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Knot Worldwide is looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Consumer Insights Senior Manager to lead research studies for the company’s 11 wedding brands in Europe and Latin American. This position will work closely with groups across the organization – including marketing, product and strategy teams – to represent the attitudes, preferences and behaviors of current and potential users. This individual will work especially to understand cultural differences in wedding planning across our international markets.

In this role, you will manage research projects from inception to completion, including methodology selection, data analysis and presentation of findings. We are looking for someone that is comfortable with both “scrappy” and sophisticated research methodologies – you’ll need to be comfortable programming and launching a quick study among our users as well as working with external research partners. You’ll be working with stakeholders who value data and insights to inform strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct surveys among couples, guests and wedding professionals about behaviors and preferences and synthesize findings into actionable insights/recommendations.
  • Lead the design and execution of  both quantitative and qualitative research studies to keep a pulse on industry trends and category insights (attire, stationery, etc).  Work closely across the organization to ensure studies address knowledge gaps and support business priorities.
  • Work with the marketing team on studies to optimize product and campaign messaging/positioning, including emails, landing pages and other assets. 
  • Track brand awareness and perceptions and surface opportunities to strengthen brand position.  Collaborate with the U.S team on methodology and reporting. 
  • Compile primary insights as well as other types of data and present findings in a concise and compelling way in day-to-day consults or large meetings
  • Establish a strong relationship with the U.S-based Insights team. Ensure consistent methodologies and analysis techniques for global studies and regularly share best practices and learnings. 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Continuous improvement. Identify new opportunities to improve audience segmentation, content, timing, and frequency. Conduct testing including subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that improve conversion. Manage a structured and documented testing plan to continually improve performance. Guide direct reports on correct test structure and assessment.
  • Build and execute. Manage the daily set-up of one-time and automated email campaigns, content and message optimization, mobile-responsive email template creation & editing (HTML), list segmentation, deployment, and reporting within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

At TKWW, Product Marketers sit at the intersection of product development and marketing strategy. They serve as the voice of the customer across all aspects of the business to ensure the products that we build are globally relevant, rooted in consumer/vendor needs, and positioned to drive adoption. 

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to oversee our Global Product Marketing team, reporting directly into our CMO. This individual will be responsible for scaling the existing product marketing organization by setting the vision and turning it into action. They should be an excellent communicator with a knack for people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

The VP of International Marketing will own the direction, implementation, and measurement of our International marketing strategy across several countries and brands. They will sit on our Global Marketing Leadership team, reporting into our CMO, and act as a strategic thought partner to our President of International. This individual should be a seasoned marketing leader who has direct experience developing full-funnel marketing strategies and leading large organizations. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Directly lead development and implementation of our International marketing strategy, spanning multiple brands and countries, across both B2C & B2B
  • Mobilize our award-winning international marketing team (100+ direct reports, 10+ indirect reports) against our marketing strategy, ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and high quality output
  • Partner with Global Centers of Excellence (Creative, Brand, Performance, Product Mktg, Analytics) to leverage best-in-class domain expertise and inform global frameworks

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

We are on a mission to build a world-class global marketing team, and the VP of Marketing Intelligence will be a key leader in helping us get there. This individual will have the opportunity to build the Marketing Intelligence function from the ground up, and set the vision for how we can best leverage data and insights to inform our marketing strategy across 16 countries and 19 brands. They will sit on our Global Marketing Leadership Team and report directly to the SVP of Growth Marketing. 

This role requires a deep understanding of marketing analytics. They should have direct experience building marketing attribution models such as MTA and Media Mix Modeling and be well-versed in best practices. 

Additionally, this leader must be an exceptional communicator, with a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights.  They should have a track record of evangelizing best practices across large organizations (not limited to marketing) and experience being the voice of truth/authority on data measurement with senior-level executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the marketing data, analytics and data science practices to build and refine marketing measurement strategy. Scope, pilot, implement, and adapt measurement solutions to meet business needs
  • Scope, build, and implement global marketing scorecard to create aligned view on marketing performance across audiences, brands, and geographies
  • Drive membership, product adoption, and sales volume by developing sharper customer segmentation practices to support CRM and media buying teams 
  • Work alongside Consumer, Product, Performance, & B2B marketing teams to develop and implement bespoke campaign measurement solutions to draw causal impact to initiatives
  • Partner with FP&A on demand modeling, forecast adjustments/ROAS alignment, and board reporting needs
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the complex and fast changing media environments and formulate mitigation strategies 
  • Ongoing development of materials for executive updates (QBR, Board Meetings, etc) to surface relevant insights and performance data
  • People management and team leadership. Including, but not limited to, attracting/retaining talent, supporting growth & development, and modeling TKWW’s values
