En raison de notre croissance internationale, nous recherchons un Content Junior B2B pour intégrer notre jeune équipe de Communication. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Marketing B2B, son rôle sera de contribuer à renforcer la relation actuelle avec les clients B2B, prestataires du secteur nuptial. 

 

QUELLES SERONT VOS TÂCHES AU QUOTIDIEN ?

  • Informer nos clients B2B sur les campagnes de communication en cours
  • Veiller à l’actualisation des portefeuilles, des documents d’entreprise, etc.
  • Rédiger et publier du matériel de formation pour les entreprises en respectant le calendrier établi.
  • Aider dans la création d’actions de communication destinées aux clients sur les marchés internationaux. 
  • Collaborer à la mise en œuvre du calendrier annuel de communication B2B : envoi de courriels, événements, campagnes, etc.
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de campagnes ou d'événements spéciaux et de promotions temporaires pour stimuler les ventes.

 

QUEL PROFIL RECHERCHONS-NOUS ?

  • Maîtrise parfaite de la langue française, tant à l’oral comme à l’écrit (langue maternelle obligatoire, recrutement en français et en espagnol )
  • Personne ayant des études en communication ou marketing ou ayant des études liées à la langue française (philologie, traduction et  interprétation, etc.) avec une réelle appétence pour le monde de la communication et du marketing digital.
  • Bon niveau d’espagnol (B1) pour échanger avec l’équipe et l’encadrement
  • Expérience dans la création de contenus de formation souhaité

As a strategic leader, the Demand Generation Director will leverage data in decision making to align Marketing and Sales teams, track Marketing’s contribution to revenue, and ultimately drive growth in local advertising revenue for TKWW’s local marketplace, the #1 wedding brand. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Establish a strategic, cross-channel playbook for demand generation marketing that spans marketing and sales funnels, and combines input from multiple disciplines including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Content.
  • Develop holistic growth strategy that scales user acquisition and lifecycle marketing
  • Continuously monitor detailed reporting, synthesize key takeaways, and lead the prioritization process for driving insight to action. 
  • Define personas and collaborate with Marketing Operations to define and test new segments. 
  • Lead A/B testing strategy to optimize learnings for email, landing pages, and digital ads.
  • Leverage cross-channel insights to refine MQL strategy (a cross-functional initiative to generate higher quality, qualified leads).
  • Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for ROI across paid platforms.

  • 8+ years experience in a growth marketing role
  • Proven ability to produce successful B2B sales campaigns
  • Working knowledge and experience with Pardot, Salesforce

We’re looking for a talented graphic designer to join our fast-paced, in-house Creative Marketing team. This person will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing from copywriters to other designers to our internal marketing gurus to produce on-brand designs that create a joyful user experience and elevate our brands. The ideal candidate would promote and practice user-centered design in creating deliverables across landing pages, email, social platforms and digital advertising campaigns, to name a few.

We are open to this role being based out of our New York City, NY or Washington, DC office locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work under the direction of the Senior Marketing Design Manager to maintain the look and feel of our brands’ visual style while finding new and exciting ways to expand our use of existing design elements
  • Adhering to multiple brands, often in the same day, ensuring consistency across campaigns and initiatives
  • Design for projects that include, but are not limited to marketing campaigns, desktop and mobile web design, social media, and emails
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to help ensure that the strategic goals and objectives are met 
  • Provide design production assistance to the rest of the team as needed
  • Build design concepts that concentrate on the end user of the product, help them best understand the key messaging and call to action, and arrange the information hierarchy accordingly

WeddingWire.in is looking for a smart, results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive GTM strategy, end-to-end planning and execution for our marketing team. This person should be well-rounded and willing to jump in to get the job done wherever needed. This position will manage social, influencers, partnerships, and more including all owned and earned media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This role will be directly reporting to the Marketing lead & would be responsible for driving the Social Media team as well as working on the brand content requirement. 
  • The ideal candidate would have a minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably from an internet background, leading online brand, and/or brand creative agency with experience as an account manager or a brand planner. 
  • Exposure to Digital Marketing is a must with understanding how to calendar plan, ideate & execute brand campaigns (digitally). 
  • Scripting or content writing would be an add-on

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a portfolio of paid marketing campaigns end-to-end by defining, implementing and continuously optimizing online acquisition programs to drive high value actions and increase ROI
  • Platform ownership for paid campaigns to includes but is not limited to both prospecting and retargeting on Google Ads (SEM/PPC/PLA), App Stores, Facebook Ads Manager & Pinterest
  • Lead a portfolio of app campaigns end-to-end, targeting improvement of organic app rank and app install acquisition via ASO (app store optimization) strategy and execution
  • Build forecasts and spend models for various investment scenarios within paid marketing and organic trajectory for apps via ASO

The Bump seeks a talented, creative and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our team in NYC. You're a match if you are resourceful, able to juggle projects in a fast-paced environment, work within tight deadlines, are comfortable working independently, and have a strong sense of what defines success on social media platforms. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with The Bump Editorial team. The Social Media Coordinator is a critical part of the team, ensuring all social platforms are driving engagement and other key metrics. This is a full-time role based in our NYC office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the day-to-day posting across The Knot social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and TikTok)
  • Reporting key metrics from each social media platform
  • Ideation and implementation of weekly and monthly series (e.g. influencer campaigns, breastfeeding awareness, Black history month, etc)
  • Owning brand and community outreach and management across all social media platforms
  • Sourcing UGC content for collaborations, re-posts and takeovers

SUCCESSFUL MARKETING INTERN, INFLUENCER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or for current college students, an in-progress Bachelor’s degree) with a strong academic record
  • Demonstrated success with social media communities and social media influencers (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok)
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms.  This includes knowing what type of content works best on what platform, optimizing content accordingly, as well as understanding the different nuances of each platform
  • Ability to collect and analyze information from multiple data sources to uncover insights, statistics, and trends

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

We’re looking for an ambitious, creative, resourceful and proactive intern to join The Knot Worldwide public relations and brand marketing team to work on The Knot and WeddingWire. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and resourceful team member. You’ll thrive in this role if you have an enthusiasm for innovative marketing solutions, enjoy media monitoring, media relations and brand partnerships, have a desire to learn, and get excited about working with leading brands in the wedding and entertainment spaces.  

The public relations and brand intern will hone skills in writing, organization, communication, brainstorming, and event coordination. They will learn and refine skills in media tracking, market research, campaign development, content marketing, data storytelling, and brand strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in a career in marketing, public relations, and strategic communication. A love of writing and creative brainstorming are essential. The summer internship program will also include the opportunity to collaborate with fellow Marketing interns to devise a brand campaign for one of The Knot Worldwide 2022 major holidays.

SUCCESSFUL MARKETING INTERN, PR & BRAND CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail in all work 
  • Time management skills
  • Organization, with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task 
  • Ability to switch between day-to-day details and big picture as necessary
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Previous PR or marketing internship experience a plus

As a member of The Knot and WeddingWire Social Media Team, the Social Media Intern will execute on respective social media strategies; curate content; monitor, cultivate, and engage with our social communities, and share creative ideas around growing The Knot and WeddingWire’s social media networks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive social media engagement on various social media channels
  • Assist in executing the company’s social media initiatives and strategies
  • Curate and create daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages follower engagement
  • Monitor, cultivate, and engage with followers on a daily basis, participating in conversations that surround our content and brand
  • Complete a team project geared toward reaching and engaging the pre-engaged audience, identifying optimal brand partners and crafting a marketing strategy that leverages those insights.
  • Collaborate with fellow Marketing interns to devise a brand campaign for one of The Knot Worldwide 2022 major holidays

SUCCESSFUL MARKETING INTERN, SOCIAL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or for current college students, an in-progress Bachelor’s degree) with a strong academic record
  • Demonstrated success with managing social media communities (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok)
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms.  This includes knowing what type of content works best on what platform, optimizing content accordingly, as well as understanding the different nuances of each platform.
  • Ability to collect and analyze information from multiple data sources to uncover insights, statistics, and trends.
  • Experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools (Simply Measured, Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong copywriter - ability to adapt voice to meet brand guidelines.
  • Visual intelligence: must have a “good eye” and identify visual content that will resonate with The Knot and WeddingWire’s followers
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects 
  • Web savvy and enjoys keeping up with new content-sharing technologies online
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong creative writing and communications skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Creative - has a wealth of fun, creative ideas
