RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You work closely with the editorial team to create and publish SEO focused content that drives acquisition. 
  • You research trends and write editorial content which positions The Bash as an authority in the event space.  
  • You manage the social calendar and create new content (Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok) to increase engagement and grow brand awareness while aligning with our social strategy.
  • You perform photo research that aligns with brand standards for displaying imagery in both content and the marketplace.
  • You create content and copy for a variety of mediums: onsite product experience, PR, social, editorial, email, etc. 
  • You collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with Product, SEO, and Design teams, on B2C marketing efforts, content experience, visual product updates, and editorial guidance implementation.

SUCCESSFUL ASSOCIATE CONTENT MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 2-4 years experience creating and writing content. 
  • Excellent writing and research skills with an exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Experience creating social content (video a plus!) and executing on strategy. 
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and organizing effectively. 
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices.
  • Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism. 
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

This role will support the Marketing team in driving usage offerings, including The Knot Registry Store, cash funds, Wedding Planner apps and more.   • Work with Product Marketing team to define and execute compelling marketing positioning and campaigns for The Knot Registry
  • Identify new opportunities for The Knot to generate product demand and usage

  • Create onsite messaging, emails, and other materials as needed to communicate product improvements and associated marketing programs

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

Are you passionate about writing, content creation and operations?

If so, The Knot Worldwide is seeking candidates to join our Content Operations team based in Galway, Ireland. We are looking for individuals who are very detail oriented, have a strong visual eye, a strong background in writing at pace and who enjoy meeting assignment targets. In addition to creating content, our writers are expected to troubleshoot and provide solutions for challenges that arise during the content validation process. This position will be a full time, hybrid model (office/remote).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As new Vendors and Suppliers join us you are responsible for writing and editing the storefront descriptions which bring them to life on our sites.
  • As we revise guidelines and update our storefronts, registry and Invitation suites, you support by adding, editing and updating descriptive text.
  • Our Vendors, Venues and suppliers all provide photographic copy which require review for access for suitability and accept or discard.
  • As clients perform changes or updates you perform qualitative tasks within our admin system to accept or deny the content changes.
  • We use a number of online tools to keep up to date - using a CRM, and an Admin tool alongside the Google suite of products on a daily basis.
  • Professionally communicate to our clients through automated email messages about what changes have been made to their storefronts,
  • Troubleshoot opportunity areas and come up with solutions to streamline processes
  • Complete ad-hoc writing projects (long form articles, editing existing online articles across our english language brands)

This talented leader will manage the development and execution of our premium digital content pipeline for TheKnot’s video ecosystem onsite and offsite (ie YouTube & OTT.) They will be a key member of the content marketing team, reporting to the Director of Editorial Video. The Manager will develop the processes, recommendations and contribute to the editorial strategy to grow The Knot Worldwide’s YouTube presence based on a deep understanding of the OTT/YouTube consumer and the full TKWW content ecosystem to deliver the right content, to the right user, at the right time. Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • In partnership with Channel Managers, build on the growth of YouTube — creating and optimizing made-for-YouTube content and ensuring every on-platform detail is just right, from search-friendly titles to eye-catching thumbnails
  • Manage the onsite video content publishing process, viewability standards and partner with ad sales teams to ensure content engagement excellence.
  • Support the development of long-form, short-form, and episodic video franchises across content genres from entertainment, branded content, animation, live action, reality and UGC to build up views.
  • Contribute to creative development including ideation and brainstorming
  • Provide creative feedback during the development process and during ongoing production
  • Help to identify new creative opportunities (talent, stories, source material, etc.) for the department to pursue

  • Act as the project management glue between our creative, editorial, media sales and product teams so that video marketing is fully baked into strategic initiatives.

  • Work closely with Director to facilitate efficient and effective operations across the division. Some duties may include; preparing meeting agendas, tracking follow-up actions, etc.
  • Present the value and progress of Editorial Video (onsite and Offsite platform performance) to internal leaders, managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing feedback about these platforms with the team

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-4+ years experience in curating & producing video content, in the entertainment or streaming, online industry.
  • Passionate about storytelling through engaging sight, sound and visuals
  • A long and short form content enthusiast who stays on top of the latest trends, talent, audiences and content offerings across platforms
  • An affinity for stories that tap into the cultural zeitgeist and social influence as well as journalistic intent.

This individual will work especially to understand cultural differences in wedding planning across our international markets.

In this role, you will manage research projects from inception to completion, including methodology selection, data analysis and presentation of findings. We are looking for someone that is comfortable with both “scrappy” and sophisticated research methodologies – you’ll need to be comfortable programming and launching a quick study among our users as well as working with external research partners. The Knot Worldwide is looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Consumer Insights Senior Manager to lead research studies for the company’s 11 wedding brands in Europe and Latin American. This position will work closely with groups across the organization – including marketing, product and strategy teams – to represent the attitudes, preferences and behaviors of current and potential users. This individual will work especially to understand cultural differences in wedding planning across our international markets.

In this role, you will manage research projects from inception to completion, including methodology selection, data analysis and presentation of findings. We are looking for someone that is comfortable with both “scrappy” and sophisticated research methodologies – you’ll need to be comfortable programming and launching a quick study among our users as well as working with external research partners. You’ll be working with stakeholders who value data and insights to inform strategy.

  • Engage users and drive value. In partnership with stakeholders, develop and build email and mobile journeys that engage consumers and increase customer lifetime value. Goals include driving leads to marketplace vendors, creating registries, publishing wedding websites, and placing stationery orders.
  • Continuous improvement. Identify new opportunities to improve audience segmentation, content, timing, and frequency. Conduct testing including subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that improve conversion. Manage a structured and documented testing plan to continually improve performance. Guide direct reports on correct test structure and assessment.
  • Build and execute. Manage the daily set-up of one-time and automated email campaigns, content and message optimization, mobile-responsive email template creation & editing (HTML), list segmentation, deployment, and reporting within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Create a personalized experience. Identify opportunities to create a more personalized experience based on available data. Use dynamic content (AMPScript) to create personalized email and push messages.
  • Collaborate across teams. Collaborate with the internal design team to create visually compelling templates and graphics that support email best practices.
  • Deliver a great inbox experience. Ensure cross-browser/email client compatibility through testing tools such as Litmus. 
  • Monitor deliverability. Monitor IP performance and inbox placement using ReturnPath tools and take corrective action to improve IP/domain reputation and deliverability as needed.
  • Reporting. Create performance reports including data from Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and internal databases to analyze campaign performance, provide performance transparency to stakeholders, and drive actionable recommendations. 
  • Data integrations. Partner with the Data team to integrate data sources needed to support email campaigns.
  • Be a resource and drive channel innovation. Serves as subject matter expert on platform capabilities, automation processes, customer lifecycle development, deliverability and email marketing best practices. Keep up with evolving platform and industry changes and proactively implement to support goals.
  • Team management. Coach and guide direct reports to help them grow and develop their careers.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The VP of International Marketing will own the direction, implementation, and measurement of our International marketing strategy across X countries and X brands. They will sit on our Global Marketing Leadership team, reporting into our CMO, and act as a strategic thought partner to our President of International. This individual should be a seasoned marketing leader who has direct experience developing full-funnel marketing strategies and leading large organizations. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Directly lead development and implementation of our International marketing strategy, spanning multiple brands and countries, across both B2C & B2B
  • Mobilize our award-winning international marketing team (100+ direct reports, 10+ indirect reports) against our marketing strategy, ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and high quality output
  • Partner with Global Centers of Excellence (Creative, Brand, Performance, Product Mktg, Analytics) to leverage best-in-class domain expertise and inform global frameworks
  • As a member of our Global Marketing Leadership team, influence the direction of our global marketing strategy, ensuring it reflects International market & team needs
  • Set marketing forecasts around key KPIs (new user growth, retention/engagement, MQLs) and create governance frameworks to measure accountability

This individual will have the opportunity to build the Marketing Intelligence function from the ground up, and set the vision for how we can best leverage data and insights to inform our marketing strategy across 16 countries and 19 brands. They will sit on our Global Marketing Leadership Team and report directly to the SVP of Growth Marketing. 

This role requires a deep understanding of marketing analytics. They should have direct experience building marketing attribution models such as MTA and Media Mix Modeling and be well-versed in best practices. 

Additionally, this leader must be an exceptional communicator, with a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights.  They should have a track record of evangelizing best practices across large organizations (not limited to marketing) and experience being the voice of truth/authority on data measurement with senior-level executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the marketing data, analytics and data science practices to build and refine marketing measurement strategy. Scope, pilot, implement, and adapt measurement solutions to meet business needs
  • Scope, build, and implement global marketing scorecard to create aligned view on marketing performance across audiences, brands, and geographies
  • Drive membership, product adoption, and sales volume by developing sharper customer segmentation practices to support CRM and media buying teams 
  • Work alongside Consumer, Product, Performance, & B2B marketing teams to develop and implement bespoke campaign measurement solutions to draw causal impact to initiatives
  • Partner with FP&A on demand modeling, forecast adjustments/ROAS alignment, and board reporting needs
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the complex and fast changing media environments and formulate mitigation strategies 
  • Ongoing development of materials for executive updates (QBR, Board Meetings, etc) to surface relevant insights and performance data
  • People management and team leadership. Including, but not limited to, attracting/retaining talent, supporting growth & development, and modeling TKWW’s values  

SUCCESSFUL [JOB TITLE] CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 15+ years experience, with demonstrated track record of building & leveraging advanced analytics to create business value
  • Past experience executing measurement projects end-to-end, from definition through findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Deep experience on how to best partner with key business stakeholders (i.e. FP&A, Product) to drive alignment
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex data sets into actionable solutions
  • Strong people leader with a track record of hiring, retaining, and developing top talent in data science/analytics
