The Campaign Operations Specialist is a key role, responsible for end-to-end campaign management and vendor communication strategy for WeddingPro. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver who has a passion for project management and cross-functional collaboration to deliver the optimal prospect-to-customer and customer lifecycle journeys. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and work alongside the Marketing Operations team. 

We are open to this role being based out of our Austin, TX, New York City, NY, or Washington, DC office locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own project management, planning, and execution of multi-channel campaign touchpoint strategy throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle, delivering targeted communications to deliberately segmented audiences
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, enablement, and product to ensure goals are achieved and timelines are met
  • Own and drive strategic targeting decisions based on vendor segmentations in partnership with Marketing and Demand Gen leadership
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to organize, test and optimize all campaigns, including but not limited to: lead nurture, one-time email campaigns, direct mail and paid media
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup, conversion, nurturing, and database management
  • Devise new email strategies to improve overall channel performance, including creative optimization, A/B testing, developing automated and triggered campaigns
  • Support technical migrations from an email and communications perspective as needed
  • Ensure all marketing emails are properly constructed to adhere to industry best practices on accessibility, deverability, mobile rendering, etc. in partnership with creative marketing
  • Own, set, and track progress towards benchmarks for open rates, click-through rates, opt out rates, etc.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS degree required, with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in email marketing, demand generation, marketing operations or campaign management
  • Previous SaaS experience highly preferred; understanding of the SaaS business model required
  • Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation using "and/or" statement clauses, email deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring and reporting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions and assess the success of marketing programs
  • Understand the esoteric nature of email design, delivery and analytics and be able to effectively communicate this to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

The Knot WorldWide is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, highly quantitative Acquisition Growth Marketing Leader for Director position to lead both paid and affiliate acquisition efforts for our family of brands (The Knot, WeddingWire, Bodas, The Bump, The Bash) Responsibilities include owning end-to-end paid marketing strategy and program operations management for B2C and B2B initiatives including but not limited the following spend platforms: Google Ads (PPC, shopping), Facebook, Pinterest, and Apple Search Ads, and affiliate marketing program. The position, reporting to SVP of Global Growth & Acquisition Marketing, involves partnering across multiple organizational units (brand and consumer marketing, product, engineering and business management, FP&A) to increase visibility and return on ad spend for these growing brands. This position directly manages a team of marketing managers and analysts expected to continue to grow within 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead TKWW portfolio of paid & affiliate marketing campaigns end-to-end by defining, implementing and continuously optimizing online acquisition programs to drive high value actions and increase ROI
  • Platform ownership for paid campaigns to includes but is not limited to both prospecting and retargeting on Google Ads (SEM/PPC/PLA), App Stores, Facebook Ads Manager, pinterest and affiliate platforms
  • Lead TKWW portfolio of paid & affiliate marketing campaigns end-to-end by defining, implementing and continuously optimizing online acquisition programs to drive high value actions and increase ROI
  • Platform ownership for paid campaigns to includes but is not limited to both prospecting and retargeting on Google Ads (SEM/PPC/PLA), App Stores, Facebook Ads Manager, pinterest and affiliate platforms
  • Develop, own, present forecast builds and spend models for various investment scenarios within paid/affiliate marketing
  • Partner with product, product marketing and business stakeholders to align paid/affiliate marketing with overall acquisition strategy and forecast based on trending performance and potential product updates/optimizations
  • Manage and sign off point for creative/copy team coordination to generate new creative and landing pages both testing and new initiatives across both paid platforms and app profiles

  • Report on key metrics, analyze campaign results and strategize for growth routinely communication to stakeholders and executive leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead TKWW portfolio of paid & affiliate marketing campaigns end-to-end by defining, implementing and continuously optimizing online acquisition programs to drive high value actions and increase ROI
  • Platform ownership for paid campaigns to includes but is not limited to both prospecting and retargeting on Google Ads (SEM/PPC/PLA), App Stores, Facebook Ads Manager, pinterest and affiliate platforms

¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Licenciado en Periodismo, Comunicación Audiovisual, Publicidad, Filología o Traducción.
  • Idiomas: español de México nivel nativo, hablado y escrito. Nivel medio o alto de inglés. 
  • Buen conocimiento de los medios de comunicación en México. Contactos o experiencia en ellos es un plus.
  • Conocimiento básico de herramientas de edición de imagen

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a portfolio of paid & affiliate marketing campaigns end-to-end by defining, implementing and continuously optimizing online acquisition programs to drive high value actions and increase ROI
  • Platform ownership for paid campaigns to includes but is not limited to both prospecting and retargeting on Google Ads (SEM/PPC/PLA), App Stores, Facebook Ads Manager, pinterest and affiliate platforms
  • Support a portfolio of app campaigns end-to-end, targeting improvement of organic app rank and app install acquisition via ASO (app store optimization / mobile search) strategy and execution

SUCCESSFUL PAID PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Minimum 3+ years professional experience
  • Expertise directly planning, executing and optimizing successful paid and affiliate online acquisition programs (SEM/PPC, PLA, Social Media, App), effectively in a portfolio based model
  • Proficient knowledge in paid acquisition best practices and platforms (Google, App Stores, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Experience directly planning, executing and optimizing successful ASO programs for consumer apps
  • Knowledge of Affiliate marketing best practices (experience implementing programs preferred)
  • Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms (ImpactRadius, CJ affiliate, Rakuten, Amazon)

The Knot Worldwide, a NYC-based global lifestage technology and media company, seeks a self-motivated, creative and resourceful individual for its Public Relations team within the Public Relations & Brand Marketing department.

This individual will assist in crafting and executing impactful, measurable and noteworthy consumer and corporate comms campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and brand equity, and support business goals for The Knot Worldwide and the company’s premier brands The Knot, WeddingWire and The Bump.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a PR agency and/or in-house PR team. Candidate must have excellent national and local media contacts and a track record of generating positive results in consumer and business press. Candidate will assist with developing and executing integrated PR and marketing and corporate communication strategies, and will possess keen communication skills and proven experience in writing pitches, talking points, briefing docs, company messaging and press releases. 

This individual must be comfortable and confident when interacting with senior leadership and executives and will work closely with the partnerships, consumer and B2B marketing, editorial, social, research, product, sales and other teams on cross-functional initiatives. A love of writing and creative brainstorming are essential, and previous TV segment production and event planning experience is ideal. 

SUCCESSFUL PR MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 4 – 5 years of experience in a PR agency and/or in-house PR team 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, integrated consumer PR campaigns at a national level (global experience a plus)
  • Corporate communications experience for high tech growth companies (crisis management a plus)
  • Experience drafting press releases, media alerts, talking points, briefing docs, company messaging and other media assets
  • Experience developing press and promotion strategies for brand awards programs 
  • Event management experience 
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively with the company’s PR agency of record

The Knot Worldwide is in search of a Senior SEO Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring continued health and growth of our organic search rankings and traffic for two of our key brands, The Bash and The Bump. This is a new role to the Growth & Acquisition Marketing team, and reports directly to the Sr. Director of Global SEO. The position will manage all facets of SEO including site structure, internal and external linking strategies, competitive analysis and keyword optimization. Over time, this role will take on additional responsibilities as it relates to other TKWW brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with The Bash and The Bump product management, the role will develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategy across both business units through these activities:

  • Collaborate with product, editorial, and marketing stakeholders to develop and evolve the SEO content strategies for The Bash and The Bump web properties.
  • Research and implement global SEO keyword strategies for key web properties, advancing keyword rankings in Google and other search engines.
  • Track organic rankings and traffic to key site sections by measuring keyword positions, search volume, and overall site visibility and ranking using Google Analytics and SEO tools
  • Conduct SEO content and site structure audits.
  • Help advance technical SEO best practices ranging from XML Sitemaps, page speed, crawl/server errors, link analysis and clean-up, redirect implementation, and more.
  • Provide daily and monthly reporting of traffic performance and keyword rankings, and provide data-informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product teams on SEO UAT and post release monitoring. 
  • Maintain understanding of Google algorithm changes in order to quickly understand implications for the business and identify necessary changes to maintain growth.

SUCCESSFUL SR. SEO SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 5 -7 years experience in an SEO role with a focus on keyword research, content, and SEO best practices.
  • 5+ years direct experience developing comprehensive SEO strategies and performance-focused website content (editorial content for online media and lifestyles brands a big plus), accounting for search volume, user intent, content categories, business units, competitive landscape, and more.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, written and analytical skills.
  • Expert in Google Search Console and technical SEO requirements.
  • Experience with web analytics programs (Google Analytics preferred) and SEO applications (Conductor Searchlight, DeepCrawl, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, e.g.)
    • Google Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and code structure as it relates to SEO.
  • Experience growing highly complex and large scale websites and working collaboratively with stakeholders to set priorities, monitor progress, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Ability to speak extensively about rel=canonical, 301/302 redirects, dynamic URLs, no follow tags, robots.txt, duplicate content.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Knot Worldwide is in search of a Senior SEO Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring continued health and growth of our organic search rankings and traffic for two of our key brands, The Bash and The Bump. This is a new role to the Growth & Acquisition Marketing team, and reports directly to the Sr. Director of Global SEO. The position will manage all facets of SEO including site structure, internal and external linking strategies, competitive analysis and keyword optimization. Over time, this role will take on additional responsibilities as it relates to other TKWW brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with The Bash and The Bump product management, the role will develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategy across both business units through these activities:

  • Collaborate with product, editorial, and marketing stakeholders to develop and evolve the SEO content strategies for The Bash and The Bump web properties.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Knot Worldwide is looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager with 7+ years of experience to oversee email communications for 11 wedding brands in Europe and Latin American markets. The Sr. Manager will develop and execute standardized marketing automation programs that engage consumers and drive core goals through the email channel. Using data to guide decisions, this person will set up the testing agenda and make program adjustments to maximize performance. The right candidate will be hands-on in the marketing platform and needs to have the technical capacity to modify HTML email code, develop templates, segment data, and set up tracking for proper attribution.  Part of a global email marketing team. Manages one direct report.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the US-based email team and local marketing team to implement standardized customer journeys that drive engagement and high value actions. 
  • Identify new opportunities to improve audience segmentation, content, timing, and frequency to support business goals.
  • Manage the daily set-up of one-time and automated email campaigns, content and message optimization, mobile-responsive email template creation & editing (HTML), list segmentation, deployment, and reporting within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Use dynamic content (AMPScript) to scale journeys across multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with the internal design team to create visually compelling templates and graphics that support email best practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing including subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that improve conversion. Manage a structured and documented testing plan to continually improve performance.
  • Ensure cross-browser/email client compatibility through testing tools such as Litmus. 
  • Monitor IP performance and inbox placement using ReturnPath tools and take corrective action to improve sender score and deliverability as needed.
  • Create performance reports including data from Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and internal databases to analyze email campaign performance, provide performance transparency to stakeholders, and drive actionable recommendations. 
  • Partner with the Data team to integrate data sources needed to support email campaigns.
  • Serves as subject matter expert on platform capabilities, automation processes, customer lifecycle development, deliverability and email marketing best practices. Keep up with evolving platform and industry changes and proactively implement to support goals.
  • Manage one direct report who develops and implements one-time and automated campaigns.

YOUR FIRST PROJECTS: 

  • Manage the consolidation of commercial lifecycle email from multiple platforms into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Use an established journey playbook and dynamic templates to expand existing messages across multiple countries.
  • Manage the transition from shared IPs to dedicated private IPs by region.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience executing high-volume B2C email campaigns
  • Experience managing people and large-scale projects
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) or an enterprise-level marketing automation platform
  • Expertise in email best practices, deliverability and GDPR regulations
  • Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for email, and familiarity with responsive design best practices
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience managing large-scale projects
  • Must exhibit strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent team player with strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, and flourish in a fast-paced, global environment
  • An ability to prioritize multiple active projects, multi-task and manage time effectively to meet (sometimes quick) deadlines
