ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Knot Worldwide is searching for an ASO Analyst to join our Marketing team and manage the App Store Optimization efforts for our Global properties (iOS and Android). Working under the SEO team, this person will work alongside the Product, Marketing and Design teams and will be responsible for reviewing keyword opportunities, implementing ASO best practices, running AB tests, etc. The ideal candidate is proficient in Global ASO strategy, reporting and ASO tools, such as Apptweak and AppsFlyer. We're looking for someone who is able to work independently, self driven, communicative and decisive. Proficient writing skills and an interest in weddings are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To monitor and track app store and keyword rankings using the latest analytic tracking tools. 
  • To optimize app meta-data in multiple languages.
  • To write app titles, descriptions, and promo texts using researched keywords.
  • To execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data and results.
  • To conduct competitive analysis, staying up-to-date on the competitive landscape and any changes to the storefronts that could affect rankings or search results.
  • To create frameworks for measuring and reporting on ASO campaign performance, and the impact on the user acquisition funnel and performance.
  • To coordinate with creative teams on assets and collaborate closely with the product and user acquisition team

SUCCESSFUL ASO Manager CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an ASO role
  • Stay up to date with all the latest changes & opportunities of Apple’s App Store & Google Play stores
  • Excellent understanding of ASO best practices, as well as knowledge of app store algorithms, optimization methods and effective strategies for growing app installs in multiple geographies
  • Analytical mind with the ability to spot patterns and trends
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all the visual facets of the Store page and how to use them to increase the conversion.
  • Has a proven track record in developing successful ASO strategies and optimize conversion rates.

Reporting to the Director of Vendor Product Marketing, this dynamic role touches all aspects of product marketing—product research and analytics, positioning, go-to-market strategy & planning, and post-launch product adoption, engagement and retention tracking and support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with product owners, the research team, product marketers, the sales marketing team, the sales team, and the creative team to help define product positioning and strategy, manage product launches, and gather customer insights that inform product direction and product market fit.
  • Manage product marketing launches from product inception to post-launch campaigns including building and executing internal and external materials inclusive of overview docs, product guides, and product + campaign copywriting to increase product awareness, adoption, engagement and retention. 
  • Produce quarterly competitive analysis to help understand total addressable market and opportunity tied to it, SWOT, perspective on existing users, competitors, and guide product strategy accordingly.
  • Work with Consumer PMM, research, and b2b to develop key user segments + personas to help demand gen and sales optimize sales funnel for sales velocity and inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Responsible for ensuring clear, consistent, value-driven communications throughout the entire user journey (adoption through clear onboarding, engagement within our products and retention communications) 
  • Track and analyze KPIs and take data-driven insights as base for prioritization

About the Role and the Team:

We are currently seeking a B2B Marketing Specialist to drive member retention and generate leads for our New Business team.

The individual will be a highly organised and analytical marketer, able to manage multiple internal stakeholders and competing priorities. They will be focussed upon creating the most effective and efficient approach to marketing campaigns across the year to achieve key targets and company goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Deputy Editor will help deliver a bold editorial vision for the UK’s leading digital wedding website.

You’ll be tasked with creating beautiful, informative and inspiring evergreen features as well as shareable articles and news pieces for our growing social platforms – one of the key objectives being to compel users to interact and transact in our wedding vendor marketplaces and range of products. Driving affiliate revenue is also key. 

An advocate for Hitched internally and externally, you will help promote the brand through media and public appearances through work with our PR team and at events. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will report into the Editor and work from a monthly content plan to create optimised articles and engaging pieces for an ever-changing digital audience
  • Develop a deep understanding of the target audience including the needs and motivations of wedding couples, as well as trends in the wedding market
  • Pitch and create engaging content and innovative ways to tell stories
  • Overseeing relevant content franchises (as needed)
  • Creating and sourcing content for our Real Weddings vertical
  • Support the Editor with tasks such as subbing, scheduling content and helping to deliver commercial content for key brand partners

They will be a key member of the content marketing leadership team, reporting to the Editor in Chief. The Director will develop the merchandising and editorial strategy to grow TheKnot Worldwide’s YouTube presence based on a deep understanding of the OTT/YouTube consumer and the full TKWW content ecosystem to deliver the right content, to the right user, at the right time.   • Set and communicate the vision for Editorial Video for The Knot Worldwide across channels, content types, and global regions

The Knot Worldwide is looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Consumer Insights Manager to independently design and execute research studies. This position will work closely with groups across the organization – including marketing, e-commerce, product and editorial – to represent the attitudes, preferences and behaviors of current and potential users. This individual will work especially closely on projects related to our e-commerce business, including registry, invitations and gift/favors. 

In this role, you will manage research projects from inception to completion, including methodology selection, data analysis and presentation of findings. We are looking for someone that is comfortable with both “scrappy” and sophisticated research methodologies – you’ll need to be comfortable programming and launching a quick study among our users as well as working with external research partners. You’ll be working with stakeholders who value data and insights to inform strategy and focus areas. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the product marketing and e-commerce team on studies that will increase awareness, adoption and engagement of TKWW offerings, such as registry or invitations. 
  • Lead the design and execution of  both quantitative and qualitative research studies to keep a pulse on industry trends and competitive landscape.  Work closely across the organization to ensure studies address knowledge gaps and support business priorities. 
  • Synthesize findings from ongoing user satisfaction surveys into actionable insights and develop recommendations based on the research.
  • Work with the marketing team on studies to strengthen product and campaign messaging/positioning, including emails, landing pages and other assets.

We’re looking for a talented graphic designer to join our fast-paced, in-house Creative Marketing team. This person will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing from copywriters to other designers to our internal marketing gurus to produce on-brand, conversion-centric designs that create a joyful user experience and elevate our brands. The primary area of focus will be on our B2B brand, WeddingPro.

The ideal candidate would promote and practice user-centered design in creating deliverables across web, mobile, email, social platforms and occasionally print. The majority of the work will be digital, with a heavy concentration on landing page and email conversion.

  • Work under the direction of the Marketing Design Manager
  • Passionately maintain the look and feel of our brands’ visual style while finding new and exciting ways to expand our use of existing design elements

  • Own assigned strategic planning initiatives including leading SteerCo meetings, overseeing strategic and financial analysis, external consultants, and multi-year roadmaps
  • Serve as trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, by articulating options, scenarios and recommendations in a structured, concise and insights-driven manner
  • Collaborate closely with various product and program managers and cross-functional stakeholders, solving challenges and ensuring that work streams remain on track
  • Engage in detailed workstreams by bringing business acumen to bear when providing feedback & guidance (e.g., comms, product design, data, pricing / packaging etc) 
  • Plan and oversee the prospective rollout of successful programs, develop the playbook and knowledge transfer process across TKWW’s US and International teams
  • Lead the development of structured executive and Board communications that synthesize complex topics to facilitate organized strategic decision-making

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Knot Worldwide is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager with 7+ years of experience to oversee email communications for 11 wedding brands in Europe and Latin American markets. The Sr. Manager will develop and execute standardized marketing automation programs that engage consumers and drive core goals through the email channel. Using data to guide decisions, this person will set up the testing agenda and make program adjustments to maximize performance. The right candidate will be hands-on in the marketing platform and needs to have the technical capacity to modify HTML email code, develop templates, segment data, and set up tracking for proper attribution.  Part of a global email marketing team. Manages one direct report.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the US-based email team and local marketing team to implement standardized customer journeys that drive engagement and high value actions. 
  • Identify new opportunities to improve audience segmentation, content, timing, and frequency to support business goals.
  • Manage the daily set-up of one-time and automated email campaigns, content and message optimization, mobile-responsive email template creation & editing (HTML), list segmentation, deployment, and reporting within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Use dynamic content (AMPScript) to scale journeys across multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with the internal design team to create visually compelling templates and graphics that support email best practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing including subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that improve conversion. Manage a structured and documented testing plan to continually improve performance.
  • Ensure cross-browser/email client compatibility through testing tools such as Litmus. 
  • Monitor IP performance and inbox placement using ReturnPath tools and take corrective action to improve sender score and deliverability as needed.
  • Create performance reports including data from Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and internal databases to analyze email campaign performance, provide performance transparency to stakeholders, and drive actionable recommendations. 
  • Partner with the Data team to integrate data sources needed to support email campaigns.
  • Serves as subject matter expert on platform capabilities, automation processes, customer lifecycle development, deliverability and email marketing best practices. Keep up with evolving platform and industry changes and proactively implement to support goals.
  • Manage one direct report who develops and implements one-time and automated campaigns.

YOUR FIRST PROJECTS: 

  • Manage the consolidation of commercial lifecycle email from multiple platforms into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Use an established journey playbook and dynamic templates to expand existing messages across multiple countries.
  • Manage the transition from shared IPs to dedicated private IPs by region.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience executing high-volume B2C email campaigns
  • Experience managing people and large-scale projects
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) or an enterprise-level marketing automation platform
  • Expertise in email best practices, deliverability and GDPR regulations
  • Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for email, and familiarity with responsive design best practices
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience managing large-scale projects
  • Must exhibit strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent team player with strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, and flourish in a fast-paced, global environment
  • An ability to prioritize multiple active projects, multi-task and manage time effectively to meet (sometimes quick) deadlines
  • Spanish and English-language skills
