ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The smart and fast-paced Corporate Recruiter (you!) will identify and hire amazing talent to join our team.   The Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to create comprehensive interview plans and meet aggressive hiring goals across The Knot Worldwide’s Sales, Operations and Product Teams.  You will be joining a power-house Talent Acquisition that hires top talent to makes The Knot Worldwide a thriving business and an awesome place to work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to determine business needs
  • Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels
  • Conduct screening and skills assessment, qualify candidates and provide recommendations to the hiring manager; Use additional parameters like skillset and culture
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Provide reporting to hiring managers on open reqs and provide updates on plan to fil
  • Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job portals
  • Brief candidates about job responsibilities, salary and benefits
  • Complete and submit candidate scorecards complete with interview notes, recommendation to hire and feedback
  • Represent The Knot Worldwide at events (campus, meet-ups, networking
  • Build relationships at key Universities to help build our talent brand on campus

SUCCESSFUL CORPORATE RECRUITER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Prior experience of 1-2 years in a Recruitment/ Staffing/ Talent Acquisition / Sales role
  • Excellent communicator (in-person, phone, and written) combined with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality
  • Ability to build quality relationships with internal stakeholders, University partners and candidates
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Competent in maintaining confidential information
  • Familiar with and has exposure to technology-based platforms (can explain our services to potential candidates)
  • Self-directed with the ability to take initiative
  • Flexible and eager to do whatever is required – sometimes your responsibilities may shift depending upon the current needs!
  • Bachelor’s degree required

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Executive Assistant at The Knot WorldWide enables the success of our teams through organization, coordination and administrative support of the Executive Team in New York.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to calendar and meeting management, arranging domestic and international travel, meeting and event planning, and general administrative support. The Executive Assistant is expected to know and understand the Executives for whom they will provide support, anticipate their needs and proactively provide assistance that will enable their ability to execute with high velocity. The Executive Assistant will be exposed to highly sensitive information and is expected to  maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with employees, management, Board of Directors, customers, partners and investors.

The organized and effective Executive Assistant (you!) will help coordinate logistics, balance multiple priorities at once, and enable our executives to be more effective.  You will coordinate and execute scheduling and logistics that will drive broader team connectivity. You will work closely with a Global Leadership Team and other key business partners and report to the Associate Director, Office Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You manage scheduling, logistics and expenses, including booking domestic and international travel
  • You process expenses using Concur
  • You are a problem-solver, always looking for creative ways to support and anticipate the needs of the Executive Team to facilitate efficiency and high levels of execution
  • You facilitate internal meetings with Executives and key stakeholders
  • You will be a member of the Office Experience Team in support of a positive employee experience at The Knot Worldwide
  • You manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders including external vendors, Board of Directors and senior leaders at The Knot WorldWide
  • You lead and collaborate on special projects
  • You collaborate with a broader network of TKWW Executive Assistants and Coordinators on cross-team backup support and broader company initiatives

SUCCESSFUL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 0-2 years of administrative experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and can use judgement to articulate the importance of an issue
  • Exceptional organizational skills and fierce attention to detail
  • The ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests.
  • Demonstrated the ability to proactively approach tasks
  • Strong intuition and ability to develop and maintain high trust and to be comfortable working with limited instruction and guidance
  • Poise and professionalism to match the seasoned executives for whom they support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • BS or BA degree preferred
