As the Compensation Analyst you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of TKWW’s compensation structure. You will oversee the organization’s compensation data impacting multiple stakeholders, including FP&A, recruiting, and HR Business Partners. You will ensure market-based data is readily available and incorporated into existing and future processes including but not limited to recruiting, internal mobility, promotion and merit efforts. As an expert analyst, you will evaluate both internal and external data trends with a focus on pay equity. You will work with both US and international data. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Creates and maintains readily accessible and organized compensation and pay scale information for all roles within the organization, including but not limited to base salary, bonus, and equity.
  • Analyzes and incorporates third-party market data into existing and future practices.
  • Plays a key role in the onboarding and promotion processes by ensuring appropriate employment classification, job level and exemption status are properly classified in partnership with the Compliance Manager and by making market data available pre-offer letter when salary decisions are being made.
  • Partner with Senior Data Analyst to constantly monitor, analyze and report on internal pay equity trends and cost analysis by creating regular dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
  • Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position, in alignment with the organization's compensation philosophy.
  • Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
  • Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
  • Evaluates and implements job analysis instruments and materials.
  • Researches employee benefits in similar industries; based on findings, recommends changes or updates to the company’s existing benefits or policies.
  • Advises management on applicable state and federal employment regulations regarding compensation policies and structure.
  • Maintains job descriptions inventory for each position in the organization in partnership with the Compliance Manager.
  • Regularly audits accuracy of job descriptions; especially for new roles in the organization.

SUCCESSFUL COMPENSATION ANALYST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience working Compensation/Total Rewards or a related field 
  • Expert level Excel skills required
  • Experience with Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets
  • A degree or certification in Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • Possess knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Possess knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
  • Prior experience working in HRIS/HCM systems with practical experience with HR database administration including payroll systems
  • Prior experience analyzing Radford, Mercer, WTW or other third party compensation data 
  • Prior experience administering an organization’s promotion/merit process either via spreadsheets or a system such as PayScale.
  • Experience in creating, designing, and maintaining effective dashboards and other data delivery methods to stakeholders

  • Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate and partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders across multiple departments to determine business needs before, during, and after the recruiting process

Reporting to the Vice President, People, this role will play a key role in defining the Company's strategy and approach to HR operational excellence as it relates to compensation and benefits and compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for HR Systems, Total Rewards, Benefits, Compliance, and People Analytics. You think strategically and are adept at juggling multiple priorities. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversight of Total Rewards and Total Rewards team, including but not limited to traditional and non-traditional benefits, employee well-being, leave management, 
  • Develop strategies to drive employee awareness and understanding of all compensation and benefit programs
  • Full employee life-cycle onboarding, offboarding, and mid-year adjustments
  • Responsible for Multi-State Employee and global Employee Guidelines 
  • Manage People Data Analytics team, responsible for regular metrics reporting and trend identifications 
  • Risk & Crisis Management
  • Owner of Compensation program including philosophy development and evolution, band establishment, etc. for both domestic and international
  • Management of Long Term Incentives including Equity Program Management
  • Manage Infrastructure team, including systems, compliance and immigration. 
  • Management of People Operations budget/expenses
  • Close partnership with Accounting and FP&A for all people-related costs including but not limited to benefits, severance, etc.
  • Policy creation, evolution, and modification
  • Provide human resources support and consultation across the business on complex issues, supporting staff, managers and executives in all related areas

SUCCESSFUL DIRECTOR, P OPS & TOTAL REWARDS CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 8-10+ years of experience working in Compensation/Total Rewards 
  • Experience as an influential leader with strong written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Handle, advise, and provide legal support on a broad range of employment issues, including HR practices, performance management, terminations, recruiting, hiring, background checks, compensation and benefits, wage and hour, consultants and contractors, sales commission and bonus plans, and non-compete and non-solicitation agreements
  • Identify and manage legal aspects of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and provide legal counseling for federal and state laws on discrimination and harassment
  • Review, draft and negotiate employment-related policies, programs, and agreements that balance legal risk with business impact
  • Manage internal investigations and employment-related litigation and settlements

  • 7+ years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, at both a law firm and in-house

  • Experience with US and international data privacy and security issues in the employment context preferred
  • Experience with international employment laws, particularly EU, UK, India, and China, a plus!

HR DATA INTELLIGENCE ANALYST INTERNATIONAL

The HR Data Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for the reporting of overall "big picture" HR data analytics. This person will work with key stakeholders in the organization, up to and including the VP, People International, to provide clear, presentation-ready, global HR analytics and reporting. The deliverable data reports, presentations, and other visualizations created by this person will be used in Board-level presentations. The ability to create accurate, crisp, defensible analytics is a must. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with all areas of People and other internal clients to create, prepare, and edit both basic and complex HR workforce reports and user-friendly dashboards
  • Develop reusable reports which can be scheduled for multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Interact daily with international People teams, merging global data that is being tracked in various systems and tools
  • Navigating the company ATS and pulling reports directly from the system, maintaining online data sheets, finding ways to interact with our HRIS and API feeds while protecting all confidential data to correct access level users

Reporting to the VP of People International with a dotted line to the Sr. Director LATAM, you will partner closely with business leaders to understand the broader strategic objectives and determine relevant HR strategies that drive performance, promote the culture and make TKWW a great place to work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include executing HR policies and processes, objectives, employee relations, performance management, compensation planning, talent planning/workforce analysis, learning and development and organizational effectiveness initiatives. You will also take care of all work council and unions’ matters ensuring a good relationship with them to achieve business results while taking care of employees’ interests.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization strategic goals, product & service offerings, revenue models and key initiatives
  • Partner with executives to execute human capital strategy in line with business objectives
  • Develop effective relationships with leaders to provide coaching and influence matters relating to People with both new Managers to Sr. Leaders
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of changes on employees, HR systems, and operations
  • Analyze a broad range of HR data to identify valid insights and proactively convert these insights into recommendations. Collaborate with business leaders to design organizational structures, job roles and talent management processes to drive organizational strategy and meet business objectives
  • Determine appropriate reports, dashboards, etc. to support client groups
  • Act as the primary point of contact and HR advisor to employees in countries on human resources topics
  • Partner on all employee relations matters including adherence to policy, grievances, voluntary and involuntary terminations. Work collaboratively with business leaders and legal partners to develop and execute resolution strategies
  • Advise on all performance management concerns; Provide expertise related to performance management
  • Provide guidance on reorganization decisions including appropriate structure and role design for optimal business performance, talent planning, and management, and change management activities
  • Builds, recommends, and implements new initiatives from beginning to finish with minimal assistance or support

SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE DIRECTOR CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Minimum qualifications include a degree in Human Resources or related
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred but not required
  • Previous experience as a Human Resource Generalist with a strong understanding of general HR concepts, practices, and compliance
  • 5-7 years of People-related experience, preferably in a high-growth technology organization
  • Proven expertise in developing partnerships with senior management and influencing key business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage human resources at both the strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, professional and personal integrity, initiative and flexibility, combined with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

A Recruiter is tasked with identifying and hiring top quality talent to join our TKWW sales team. They will partner with hiring managers to create comprehensive interview plans and meet aggressive hiring goals to support the EMEA and LATAM based  sales teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate and partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders especially in our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service departments to determine business needs before, during, and after the recruiting process
  • Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels
  • Conduct screening and skills assessment to qualify candidates via phone and video interviews and provide candidate recommendations to the hiring manager 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Responsible for coordinating and scheduling both remote and onsite interview experiences for your candidates 
  • Provide thorough pipeline reporting to hiring managers on open jobs including but not limited to: volume of applicants, number of interviews completed, job market and salary trends, pipeline demographics, and more
  • Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job portals
  • Brief candidates about job responsibilities, salary expectations, and benefits
  • Complete and submit candidate scorecards complete with interview notes, recommendation to hire, and feedback
  • Represent The Knot Worldwide at events both in person and virtual (campus, meet-ups, networking)

SUCCESSFUL CORPORATE RECRUITER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1-2+ years of prior experience in a Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and written) combined with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality and presence 
  • The ability to build quality relationships with internal stakeholders, university partners and candidates
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • The agility to execute recruiting goals with multiple deadlines - someone who is strong at execution

ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

This position at The Knot WorldWide enables the success of our Global Talent Acquisition team by sourcing and recruiting for key roles across marketing, sales and general administration.  The Sourcer proactively identifies and attracts top talent to fill key, hard to fill roles at TKWW’s locations in Europe and Latam. In this capacity, you will interact with prospects, candidates, recruiters and hiring managers to achieve TKWW’s hiring goals and your efforts are critical in creating a positive and memorable candidate experience.  

 

The organized and effective Talent Sourcer uses a data driven mindset and understands metrics as it relates to a recruiting funnel.  You will understand competencies and skill sets needed in a role and use a variety or tools to identify prospects who fit our profiles. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to attract and hire great talent to join TKWW! 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the recruiting team by sourcing for key roles across several departments including Sales, General Administration and Marketing
  • Utilize Linkedin Recruiter and other tools to effectively identify and communicate with prospects for hard to fill openings at TKWW
  • Work closely with our Talent Brand team and create content to use for recruitment marketing campaigns to support candidate lead generation
  • Work with recruiters on ad hoc projects and events
  • Deliver a remarkable candidate experience and always look for ways to improve!
  • Direct incoming recruiting related communications in a timely manner
  • Post TKWW job ads to attract talent
  • Assist with candidate experience responsibilities as needed

SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNTANT CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in actively searching, attracting and contacting talented professionals that can fit our needs 
  • Intermediate English level (B2)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
