The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience. You will play a key role by managing the lobby area, delivering great first impressions and welcoming guests. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prioritizes manning the front desk and does not leave the front desk unattended
  • Manages all employee questions and provides a white glove experience
  • Maintains the front desk and reception conference room cleanliness
  • Restocks reception pantry 
  • Escalates requests to building management or security when needed
  • Helps as an administrator for the LiveSafe safety app and is well-versed in how to use it
  • Manages internal powerpoint for office space with open positions, birthdays and anniversaries each week.
  • Helps support Google calendars and is an administrator to assist with booking needs for all employees as well as recruiting interviews
  • Greets all visitors and provides a white glove experience to all guests and manages incoming guest list daily
  • Creates New Hire swag bags, name tags, orientation schedules, ID badges and Candidate Interview Folders
  • Manages Guest ID badges that are checked out each day and ensures they’re accounted for or deactivated at close of business each day
  • Contributes to and updates office supply regularly
  • Responsible for creating shipping labels for daily pick up by messenger
  • Assist with internal events including but not limited to: set up, break down, calendar management, catering

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The HR Business Partner will focus on two primary strategic initiatives for our organization. This role will oversee all HR topics associated with our Technology and Product functions, and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals, partnering closely with our CTO and CPO as well as their leadership teams. 

This role will operate at both a strategic and tactical level. It is about delivering rich, scalable HR programs within your assigned client groups and guiding leadership on the value of a strong business partner and talent management practices. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with employees at all levels in the organization. You will be involved with the entire employee life cycle for your client groups which provides responsibility and opportunity to positively impact the team. You also have a strong background working in fast-paced technology companies and are familiar with Software Engineer and Product Manager’s profiles and know what makes them tick!

You will spend most of your time on the ground in the NY office but there will be regular travel to multiple offices where your stakeholders are located. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and HR advisor to employees in your client group (Product & Technology) on all HR topics.
  • Develop effective relationships with your leaders to partner and provide coaching and influence.
  • Execute HR objectives while maintaining a deep understanding of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide guidance on organizational structures, job roles and design for optimal business performance, and talent management planning and processes to drive organizational strategy
  • Advise on positive change management activities
  • Act as a liaison and partner to align your stakeholders and your People Team counterparts including Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and Office Experience.
  • Partner with HR Operations team to ensure compliant execution of all HR operations within your client groups including immigration, Total Rewards, and more
  • Partner with your client group’s business leaders and manage all employee relations matters including adherence to policy, grievances, voluntary and involuntary terminations. Work collaboratively with business leaders and legal partners to develop and execute resolution strategies, escalating as appropriate.
  • Strategize, advise, and oversee strong performance management practices with your business leaders, remaining aligned with the Talent Management Team’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage employee exit and onboarding processes consistent with our standard operating procedures
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of change on employees, HR systems, and operations
  • Determine appropriate reports, dashboards, etc. to support client groups
  • Analyze a broad range of HR data to identify valid insights and proactively convert into recommendations.
  • Build, recommend, and implement new initiatives from beginning to finish with minimal assistance or support.

SUCCESSFUL HRBP CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist with a strong understanding of general HR concepts, practices, and compliance
  • Experience in leading change in a highly-complex organization undergoing significant transformation
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-growth technology organization, specifically working with Executives product teams and Executives

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Knot Worldwide is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will will play a key member of the Talent Management Team. You will be known as the “go-to” on the ground Senior HR resource in the NY office and will therefore provide geo-support to all teams that reside there (even outside of your main client group). This role is responsible for helping design, build, and deliver talent management programs that will promote employee engagement, drive high levels of performance, retain top talent, and create a unique employee experience to positively impact business results. This role will interact with employees at all levels, across all teams, in our NY office. You will partner closely with the HRBP’s for other teams and involve them as appropriate on matters related to their client groups.

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and client group management. You will communicate with Executives and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture. 

As a member of the Talent Management Team, you will play a key role in HR-related initiatives, including but not limited to learning & development, performance management, and HR metrics. This role is responsible for helping design, build, and deliver talent management programs that will promote employee engagement, drive high levels of performance, retain top talent, and create a unique employee experience to positively impact business results.

This role will operate at both a strategic and tactical level. RESPONSIBILITIES:

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Senior Manager, People Operations will be responsible for leading our organization’s HR Centers of Excellence. This role will oversee our Global HRIS + HR Systems, data reporting, analytics, and more. This individual will oversee the People Operations team through a time of transition in the organization. Key responsibilities of this role include process design, operational support for the HR Business Partner team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee and Office Experience teams. This role will act as the local resource to the Omaha employee base, serving as the highly visible, approachable senior HR leader.

As a member of the Talent Management Team, you will play a key role in HR-related initiatives, including but not limited to HR systems, employee relations, and HR metrics. This role is responsible for helping design, build, and deliver talent management programs that will promote employee engagement, drive high levels of performance, retain top talent, and create a unique employee experience to positively impact business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide senior-level HR leadership to the Omaha office, with high influence and involvement in shaping morale, culture, and office norms.
