The smart and fast-paced Corporate Recruiter (you!) will identify and hire amazing talent to join our team.   The Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to create comprehensive interview plans and meet aggressive hiring goals across The Knot Worldwide’s Sales, Operations and Product Teams.  You will be joining a power-house Talent Acquisition that hires top talent to makes The Knot Worldwide a thriving business and an awesome place to work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to determine business needs
  • Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels
  • Conduct screening and skills assessment, qualify candidates and provide recommendations to the hiring manager; Use additional parameters like skillset and culture
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Provide reporting to hiring managers on open reqs and provide updates on plan to fil
  • Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job portals
  • Brief candidates about job responsibilities, salary and benefits
  • Complete and submit candidate scorecards complete with interview notes, recommendation to hire and feedback
  • Represent The Knot Worldwide at events (campus, meet-ups, networking
  • Build relationships at key Universities to help build our talent brand on campus

SUCCESSFUL CORPORATE RECRUITER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Prior experience of 1-2 years in a Recruitment/ Staffing/ Talent Acquisition / Sales role
  • Excellent communicator (in-person, phone, and written) combined with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality
  • Ability to build quality relationships with internal stakeholders, University partners and candidates
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Competent in maintaining confidential information
  • Familiar with and has exposure to technology-based platforms (can explain our services to potential candidates)

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The HR Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the reporting of overall "big picture" HR Data Analytics. This role will work with key stakeholders in the organization, up to and including the Executive team, providing clear, presentation-ready, global HR analytics. The deliverable data reports, presentations, and other visualizations created by this role will be used in Board-level presentations. Ability to create accurate, crisp, defensible analytics is a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with all areas of HR and other internal clients to create, prepare, and edit both basic and complex HR workforce reports and user-friendly dashboards
  • Develop reusable reports which can be scheduled for multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Interact daily with US and international HR teams, merging global data that is being tracked in various systems and tools
  • Navigating the company HRIS (Paylocity) and pulling reports directly from the system, finding ways to interact with our HRIS and API feeds while protecting all confidential data to correct access level users
  • Use Excel and Powerpoint, as well as Google Sheets and Slides to create data visualisations
  • Maintain integrity, security and accuracy of data and systems with a clear understanding of access user levels
  • Provide data to be used in regular compliance reporting (such as EEOC Reporting)
  • Send weekly staffing updates to appropriate stakeholders
  • Work closely with Legal team on workforce reporting
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on Recruiting dashboards and reports (pipeline reports, pull-through rates, recruiter performance, etc.)
  • Train internal Talent Management team members as needed for basic self-service administrator reporting in the HRIS

SUCCESSFUL HR REPORTING SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-2+ years direct experience in data reporting & analytics
  • Expert level skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Google Doc, and Google Presentations
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrates self-confidence, positive energy and enthusiasm
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, up to and including executive-level team members
  • Experiencing in recommending and implementing new and effective operational reporting procedures
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize effectively, and adhere to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
  • Comfort in managing through ambiguity and change management
  • Experience creating advanced, composite, matrix, and trending reports and dashboard

With 5+ years of experience and based in our downtown New York office, you will create, execute and innovate on opportunities to attract potential candidates, retain and engage current employees and partner with our Office Experience team to produce surprise and delight moments. You will also pen strategic and functional internal communications to TKWW team members across the globe to ensure employees are informed, motivated, and entertained! Our progressive People team pushes the boundaries of traditional HR using recruitment marketing, employer branding and internal communication strategies to create a positive experience for all of our stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategize and craft a regular cadence of multi-channel corporate communications that engage, inspire and inform all employees

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We are seeking a dynamic and savvy Sr. HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations associated with our Technology and Product functions, and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidates will have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with Executives and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.

As a member of the Talent Management Team, you will play a key role in HR-related initiatives, including but not limited to training & development, performance management, and HR metrics.  Ultimately, you will act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.  This position will partner closely with Talent Brand, Talent Acquisition, and key stakeholders cross-functionally to ensure the development and advancement of an empowered values-driven culture, and proactively plan for and address organizational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consult with all management levels and provide daily HR guidance
  • Build relationships with all employee levels, including individual contributors and serve as the go-to HR resource for your client base
  • Provide senior-level HR leadership to the NY office, with high influence and involvement in shaping morale, culture, and office norms
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
