ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Digital Merchandise Assistant is a newly created role that will play an integral part in bringing the assortment and merchandising leg of the Wedding Registry marketplace (launching in late 2019) to life. They will be known as a trusted, collaborative and results-oriented business partner who possesses professional maturity and an ability to build strong partnerships. They will be responsible for maintaining the digital storefront, with a keen focus on product merchandising. This role will report directly to the Director of Site Merchandising. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Execute the end to end setup of all products for the site, including but not limited to product imagery, product copy, and taxonomy. 
  • Accountable for product launching on the site on time and with all applicable selling information (Images, Copy, Color Names, etc.) and ensures it is merchandised and searchable in all equivalent locations cross-site.
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain the daily maintenance and schedule of product launches and on-site presentation/features.
  • Daily review of sales and KPIs to identify and understand the key drivers behind site performance.
  • Continually analyze, execute, and provide improvements to the customer experience as it relates to navigation, search, and product listing pages.
  • Prepare and analyze merchandising reporting and data to deliver insights and recommendations for online merchandising strategies.
  • Partner closely with Operations to monitor vendor inventory and fulfillment.
  • Review competitor websites to ensure industry alignment with product presentation, categorization, and trends.

SUCCESSFUL DIGITAL MERCHANDISE ASSISTANT CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1-3 years of experience within a Digital Merchandising/eCommerce function.
  • Excels in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Registry Technical Operations Specialist role provides a great opportunity for candidates seeking to leverage their combined business and technical skills. We are looking for a savvy, organized, analytical, and helpful person with experience with marketplace and Ecommerce technology, API/ETL data processing, and general IT or web-platform best practices. The Registry Technical Operations team combines expert communication strategy with deep operational knowledge to support continuous improvement and great quality between our retailer partners and our registry product systems. This position requires a strong technical mind with solid data experience to support the other members of the team.

The Registry Operations team combines expert communication with deep technical systems knowledge to support operational excellence and improvement between our retail partners, suppliers, and our affiliate registry and Ecommerce systems. This position requires a strong technical mind with solid data experience to support team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, analyze, and execute supplier integrations through Mirakl Marketplace Platform and Magento
  • Monitor, verify, escalate and resolve product data issues
  • Consult on and support technical projects and ongoing changes related to current and prospective partners.
  • Monitor key data exchange and loading processes and scope enhancements to these processes
  • Test and configure attribution links and other customizable site elements.
  • Investigate, track, and resolve data and attribution outages, using ticketing systems
  • Collaborate with internal Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure that our products ensure users have amazing registry experiences
  • Maintain positive relationships within and across TKWW teams and with partner teams.

SUCCESSFUL TECHNICAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Past experience with a marketplace platform such as Mirakl or Commercehub strongly desired
  • Past experience with an enterprise Ecommerce CMS like Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) strongly desired
  • 2-3 years technical experience with technical details of affiliate marketing programs
    • Data troubleshooting and analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, etc.
    • Experience with affiliate marketing web tracking technology (i.e, tracking URLs, Pixels, Browser Cookies)
    • Monitoring, troubleshooting, validating data exchanges via SFTP and API
  • 2-3 years operations experience related toTechnical Projects with real-time business impact

This Data Analyst will work with stakeholders within the marketing department of TKWW.  They will help the client understand performance of our acquisition channels and conversion funnels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze TKWW user behavior and identify growth opportunities to drive acquisition and engagement

The Knot Worldwide is looking for a smart, passionate and fun Digital Marketing Designer with 4+ years of experience to be a part of conceptualizing and creating products that meet the needs of our users, brands, and advertisers.

We’re looking for a talented graphic designer to join our fast-paced, in-house Creative Marketing team. This person will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing from copywriters to other designers to our internal marketing gurus to produce onbrand design that creates a joyful user experience and elevates our brands. The primary area of focus will be on our B2B brand, with opportunities to design projects for our consumer brands and The Knot Worldwide company initiatives.

The ideal candidate would promote and practice user-centered design in creating deliverables across web, mobile, email, social platforms and occasionally print. The majority of the work will be digital, but this person must possess solid PRINT skills too.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work under the direction of the Creative Director and Senior Design Marketing Manager
  • Passionately maintain the look and feel of our brands’ visual style while finding new and exciting ways to expand our use of existing design elements
  • Work on projects that include but are not limited to Marketing campaigns, desktop and mobile web design, social media, and emails
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to help ensure that the strategic goals and objectives are met
  • Provide design production assistance to the rest of the team as needed

SUCCESSFUL MARKETING DESIGNER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • BFA or BA in Graphic Design
  • 4+ years of digital and solid print design experience (experience working on an in-house team is a huge plus)
  • Exceptional typography and with attention to detail
  • Strong and flexible skills in visual design and interface design experience (UI, UX)
  • Exceptional portfolio of work displaying a range of digital media applications, web, mobile, email, digital banners, etc.
  • Passion for clean, accessible, functional design and a sophisticated design sensibility
  • Ability to think about the end user of the product, how to help them best understand the key messaging and call to action, and arrange the information hierarchy accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills, organization and time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work under the direction of the Creative Director and Senior Design Marketing Manager
  • Passionately maintain the look and feel of our brands’ visual style while finding new and exciting ways to expand our use of existing design elements
  • Work on projects that include but are not limited to Marketing campaigns, desktop and mobile web design, social media, and emails
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to help ensure that the strategic goals and objectives are met

SUCCESSFUL MARKETING DESIGNER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • BFA or BA in Graphic Design
  • 4+ years of digital and solid print design experience (experience working on an in-house team is a huge plus)
  • Exceptional typography and with attention to detail
  • Strong and flexible skills in visual design and interface design experience (UI, UX)
  • Exceptional portfolio of work displaying a range of digital media applications, web, mobile, email, digital banners, etc.
  • Passion for clean, accessible, functional design and a sophisticated design sensibility
  • Ability to think about the end user of the product, how to help them best understand the key messaging and call to action, and arrange the information hierarchy accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills, organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task various projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality is a MUST

  • Solid background in responsive design

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The strategic, analytical, and creative Brand Marketing Manager (you!) will drive marketing strategy for the WeddingWire consumer brand. With an omni-channel approach, you will reach over 10 million unique monthly users (our couples) by working cross-functionally with our robust in-house marketing agency, as well as our national sales and product engineering teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Ideate, develop and execute all brand marketing campaigns in partnership with channel owners (email, social, PR, influencers, community, content)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of the WeddingWire.in Social Media team, the Social Media Specialist is responsible for the execution of WeddingWire.in’s consumer social media strategy.  You will take care of the social media team’s daily management of WeddingWire.in social media accounts - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest.  The Social Media Executive will curate and schedule content, as well as monitor and analyze follower behavior and make recommendations on appropriate strategies to grow followers and engagement across WeddingWire.in’s channels. Key duties include shortlisting images from vendors’ social media accounts, developing content for posting, researching new channels, maintaining posting schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interact (through phone, email, DMs) and build a good rapport with our vendor community (specially photographers and makeup artists) to source image and video content 
  • Evangelize WeddingWire.in among social media communities to engage with couples planning their weddings 
  • Create original content that builds meaningful connections and encourages follower engagement 
  • Engage with followers on a daily basis, participating in conversations that surround our content and brand

  • Strategy
    • Partner with product and design leadership on a product vision and strategy that aligns and inspires our whole design/product/engineering organization

The Knot WorldWide’s GigMasters is seeking an Account Executive located in our NYC office. We are looking for a go-getter with a strong background in closing high-volume sales -specifically new accounts.  You own the cold call and can close deals in the blink of an eye. The Retailer Support Specialist position:

The Retailer Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining a working relationship with partnered retailers in our interactive registry platform in order to have direct knowledge of products, services offered and how these can be beneficial to guests who are attending wedding events. Backoffice functionality will be a large part of this position as the Specialist reviews orders, order status and fulfillment reporting daily. This Specialist will also work on upsell opportunities and helping guide the CX team to do the same. Strong communication, experience with B2B relationship management and problem-solving skills are a must. 

The Retailer Support Specialist responsibilities:

  • Work with internal cross-functional teams (CX, Registry Ops and Tech) to develop optimal and actionable strategies to maintain positive retailer relationships for an interactive registry
  • Build strong working connections with assigned retailer contacts maintaining a B2B supplier relationship on behalf of our company
  • Actively report to internal cross-functional team regarding contacts made, product questions/concerns and project timeline goals
  • Accurately, efficiently and professionally answer all incoming phone calls, emails and/or live chats
  • Have an understanding of the significance of providing great customer service and adhere to high standards at all times

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Lead Software Engineer (you!) will bring a wide range of professional expertise and knowledge to our global Product Development team as we create the very best wedding experience for couples, their guests and vendors--our small business customers. Our newly created Internal Tools team will be responsible for developing proprietary software that will be used by WeddingWire employees.  This team designs, builds and maintains high quality, scalable product deployments to backend systems and tools that are critical to internal team workflows.  This team will also oversee systems and third party integrations that are critical to our business-facing operations.  You will execute strategy surrounding code deployments and manage the foundation and framework for others to be effective throughout the release process,  You will participate in productive, results-driven business discussions and decision making.  The cherry on top, you will continue to advance personal skill set and domain knowledge while helping others progress through mentorship opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work as part of our Internal Tools team to evaluate and execute designs and improvements to systems that power admin interfaces, sales, contract management systems, and billing integrations.  
  • Implement designs quickly and efficiently with minimal error, or delegate lower level tasks to more Junior developers when appropriate.
  • Ensure that systems are maintained and scalable and that tech debt remains minimal during and after feature development.  Technological choices should be made thoughtfully so their impacts do not hinder future development.

As a Product Analytics Engineer,  you will impact the evolution of the event model development across our brands to track the performance between the two marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning about the various analytics systems that are currently used by TK, WW, Bodas, Matrimonio, and other brands. The candidate should have used a few of these in large scale web and mobile (iOS, Android) applications. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Basic SQL querying skills and some database design knowledge

The planning tools team develops our industry leading suite of planning tools, including the Checklist, Budgeter, Wedding Vision, Wedding Day Timeline, and Vendor Manager. The apps you will be working on greet new users on their dashboard and are integral to solving user pain points and business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a senior engineer on the Planning Tools team helping develop The Knot’s suite of tools that couples use to inspire, plan, book, and manage their wedding.
