Operational Accountability

At TKWW, this tone of strong corporate governance is set by our Board of Directors. Our Board currently consists of eight highly skilled individuals with a diverse set of backgrounds, experiences, and qualifications. The Board plays an essential role in ensuring we are well positioned for continued success and that the systems and processes we have in place protect and enhance the TKWW brand.

We also hold each of our senior leaders accountable for practicing strong corporate governance. A full list of Board members and senior management team can be found here.

ESG Steering Committee and Working Group

These leaders serve as the primary points of accountability for their respective focus areas, establishing clear priorities and objectives to guide progress throughout the year. They participate in quarterly update meetings to assess progress, identify opportunities and challenges, and align on priorities as needed. Throughout the year, they are responsible for driving execution within their areas and helping ensure that annual commitments translate into measurable outcomes and continued progress.

Marketplace Integrity

We remain committed to supporting wedding professionals and creating a trusted, valuable experience across our platform. Through targeted marketing, co-branded outreach with The Knot and WeddingWire vendors, and clear communication around our investments and impact, we aim to strengthen relationships with wedding pros while reducing platform spam to less than 1%.

Small Business Advocacy

We remain committed to fostering meaningful connections between our vendors, customers, and key stakeholders. Through additional roundtable discussions with government representatives, participation in the Des Moines Wedding Show, customer networking events, and our vendor fly-in day in Washington, D.C., we aim to strengthen relationships, encourage collaboration, and create opportunities for continued engagement across our community.
