TKWW Basic Terms 

Effective Date: July 31, 2026

Welcome to TKWW! We are excited to offer a basic storefront product on TKWW. Before you get started, we ask that you please take the time to carefully review these terms and conditions (“Basic Terms”) which govern your use of the Basic Services (defined below). By using the Basic Services, you agree to be bound by the Basic Terms and the Terms of Use located at weddingwire.com (for WeddingWire products and services), theknot.com (for The Knot products and services), and weddingpro.com (for WeddingPro products and services)(collectively, the “Terms of Use”), which are incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Terms”). You agree to the Terms as a Vendor.  

To learn how TKWW will use the personal information collected in connection with your use and access of the Basic Services, review the privacy policies located at weddingwire.com (for WeddingWire products and services), theknot.com (for The Knot products and services), and weddingpro.com (for WeddingPro products and services)(collectively, the “Privacy Policy”). 

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein will have the meaning denoted in the Terms of Use. In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the Basic Terms and Terms of Use, the Basic Terms will control, unless the Basic Terms specifically state otherwise. 

If you do not agree to the Basic Terms, please do not use or access the Basic Services. 

1. Basic Services 

Through our products and services we offer an innovative community and marketplace for the wedding industry where Vendors can advertise and offer their wedding products and/or services. If you are eligible to use and access the Basic Services, you will be given access to the services and products found here.

The Basic Services do not grant you access to all services and products available on weddingpro.com, theknot.com, or weddingwire.com. The available services and products through the Basic Services are determined by us in our sole discretion. Without notice to you, we may change, modify, or remove any service or product available through the Basic Services at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.  

2. Eligibility 

You may use and access the Basic Services only if you meet all the following qualifications (the “Qualifications”): 

• You are a Vendor; 

• You are located in the United States and you offer your services in the United States;

• You agree to the Terms and your free theknot.com and weddingwire.com storefronts are published with minimum content;  

• You do not or have not had a paid storefront on The Knot or WeddingWire websites or mobile applications; and 

• You do not or have not had a storefront on The Knot or WeddingWire websites or mobile applications that has been suspended or terminated by us for any reason including, but not limited to, your breach of the Terms of Use, our policies, or any applicable law, rule, or regulation. 

If you do not meet all of the Qualifications, you will not be able to use or access the Basic Services. If we determine, at any time, that you do not meet or no longer meet the Qualifications, including if we later determine that you were not eligible to access the Basic Services, TKWW may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Basic Services. Without notice to you, TKWW may change the Qualifications for the Basic Services in our sole discretion at any time, for any reason, and without notice to you.

3. Required Actions 

You must complete and maintain the Setup Requirements (defined below) on your The Knot and WeddingWire storefronts and within your WeddingPro account (when applicable) to publish your storefronts on theknot.com and weddingwire.com and for your storefronts to remain published. This helps maintain high-quality content, enhances the couples’ experience, and improves lead relevancy. 

You must complete these Setup Requirements:  

• Business details: travel distance, year business started, employee count, language spoken, business identifier and business description; 

• At least top 5 frequently asked questions; 

• Basic pricing: For venues, you must include the “starting price” and “coupes usually spend” for peak and off-peak season. For non-venues, you must include “starting price” and “couples usually spend”; and 

• Upload a minimum of 5 photos in JPG, PNG, or GIF format, at least 2000px and up to 10MB.  

When requesting reviews for your The Knot and WeddingWire storefronts, please follow our review policy. Violations of the policy may result in removal of the reviews. 

Once the Setup Requirements are met  storefronts will be reviewed before it is published on The Knot and/or WeddingWire. If the Setup Requirements are not met and maintained, your storefronts will not be published or remain to be published.  

We may decide, in our sole discretion and with no notice to you, to modify the Setup Requirements at any point. 

4. Submitted Content Review 

All Submitted Content must comply with our policies prior to publication. Vendors are responsible for reviewing these policies, available here, prior to submission. We may review Submitted Content to ensure compliance with our policies prior to publication or at any time thereafter. We reserve the right to reject any storefront if its content violates our policies, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Vendors may resubmit revised content for reconsideration by submitting an appeal to policy@theknotww.com. 

5. Basic Services Upgrades and Changes 

TKWW is constantly reviewing, testing, and evolving its product and service offerings to strive to provide its customers and users with the best suite of options available. TKWW retains the right to revise, reduce, add to, or change any of our product or service offerings, including the Basic Services, at any time without notice, in our sole discretion, for any reason, including without limitation to comply with any applicable law or regulation. Such changes may include, without limitation, the operation of our products and services, including the order and manner in which storefronts appear on them and the way that services are delivered. You agree that we may test, implement, remove, or modify features of our products and services at any time without notice. TKWW makes no guarantees, representations or warranties with respect to the outcome or results of its product and service offerings including the Basic Services. 

Additionally, we reserve the right to limit the amount of space afforded to your storefront or any other Vendor’s storefront appearing in any of our websites, mobile or other properties, and publications. 

6. Modification and Termination of Basic Services  

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Basic Services, at our sole discretion, at any time for any reason without notice to you. 

You may terminate your use of the Basic Services at any time. Upon termination of the Basic Services, please contact us at support@weddingpro.com to remove your storefront on The Knot and WeddingWire. If we do not receive a written request to remove your storefront, we will be entitled to retain and display all reviews associated with your storefront on the Basic Services and your storefront including, without limitations, Submitted Content, business name, mailing address, website address, and telephone number.  

We can suspend or terminate your access to and/or use of the Basic Services in accordance with the Terms of Use. 

Upon termination by either you or us, you will lose all rights to use or access to the Basic Services including, but not limited to, your WeddingPro account. 

7. Your Responsibility Regarding Your Services

TKWW is not responsible for the content of any contracts, communications, or interactions (the "Interactions") between you and your clients using the Basic Services or any other TKWW-provided tools or services and will have no liability for such Interactions. Further, TKWW is not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of relying on information provided to you by your clients or other third parties, whether or not such information was provided via the Basic Services and even if TKWW was advised of the possibility of such losses.

8. Other Agreements and Activities

Nothing set forth in the Terms will restrict TKWW from (a) entering into agreements with other Vendors, whether or not competitive with you; and/or (b) engaging in any activity, including, without limitation, selling goods and/or providing services of any kind whatsoever.

9. Leads 

You agree that any lead (or other prospect information) (the "Leads") delivered to you via the Basic Services will be used solely for the purpose of marketing your products or services available via the Basic Services and not for any other use or by any other entity or business without the prior written consent of TKWW. You acknowledge that names and dates on Leads are the sole property of TKWW. You further agree not to: 

• Solicit nor allow others to solicit any Leads with promotional material of businesses other than your own;  

• Disclose, sell, or make known the names and dates on any such Leads to any third party;

• Use names on any Leads for bridal shows or other special events without the prior written consent of TKWW; or

• Subject any person named within any Lead to any form of high-pressure sales tactics or otherwise use Leads information in violation of applicable law, rule, regulation or industry standard. 

Any breach of this provision will be considered a material breach of these Terms and will entitle TKWW to terminate your use and access of the Basic Services. 

You acknowledge that the Leads are provided to you “as-is,” and that TKWW will have no liability to you or any of its affiliated companies, licensees, customers, marketing partners, or other third parties concerning the information (including the accuracy thereof) contained in the Leads. You represent, warrant, and covenant that you will use the Leads solely for the purposes described herein, and to transmit, store, and otherwise handle the Leads and information contained therein pursuant to applicable law, rule, regulations and industry standard. 

You acknowledge and agree that due to the unique nature of the Leads, money damages would be insufficient to remedy any breach of your obligations hereunder, and that breach of this clause would result in irreparable harm to TKWW, and therefore, that upon any such breach or any threat thereof, TKWW will be entitled to obtain appropriate equitable relief in addition to whatever remedies it might have at law (without being required to post a bond or other security, which requirement you hereby agree to waive).

10. Upgrading or Adding any Product or Service

You may upgrade the Basic Services at any time by contacting TKWW via support@weddingpro.com. Only individuals who are authorized users of your WeddingPro account may request changes to your WeddingPro account including but not limited to, upgrading from the Basic Services. If you upgrade from the Basic Services, you will be required to sign a new contract with TKWW and pay any fees associated with the upgraded services.  

11. Nontransferable 

Your WeddingPro account and access to the Basic Services are only valid for you and may not be transferred either to a different Vendor. 

12. Data Ownership

Any data that is collected on the websites or mobile or other properties of TKWW or our affiliates, whether or not personally identifiable and whether or not in connection with the Basic Services, is the sole property of TKWW and/or our affiliates. You agree that any data that is collected on the websites or mobile applications or other properties by TKWW and/or our affiliates may be transferred between TKWW and any of our affiliates in the context of a transfer or reorganization of all or any portion of the assets related to the Terms among TKWW and/or our affiliates.

13. Communication 

By using the Basic Services, you agree to receive transactional emails regarding your use of the Basic Services to the email address associated with your account.
