Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
TKWW strives to help its employees thrive mentally and physically by offering a rewarding culture and a number of programs including flexible PTO, a robust set of health care offerings, mental health support and an employee assistance program. Additionally, TKWW has established the TKWW Relief Fund where eligible employees are able to apply to receive a financial grant for qualifying events (i.e. COVID relief, governmentally declared disasters, etc.) to help offset expenses incurred as a result such as food, clothing, housing, childcare, and more.
TKWW maintains a strong corporate culture by attracting and retaining talent through fair compensation, career development, training and education. We offer a learning hub of educational programs encompassing TKWW-specific trainings and career-specific, certificate-based programs where employees can meet all educational and developmental needs for successful career advancement.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
What We Do Matters. And so does how we do it. As a leader in the life event and wedding industry, The Knot Worldwide understands that fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects and welcomes the couples and business partners we serve is not only the right thing to do, but the smart thing to do.
We believe that if we give our employees the space to be authentically themselves, they’ll channel their talents to empower our couples and business partners to do the same. TKWW has HEART and that is what guides our strategy and approach to DEI.
