Winners of the 2018 Wedding Awards Announced
São Paulo, March 23, 2018 — This week, Brazil’s largest portal of wedding vendors, Casamentos.com.br, announced the winners of the 2018 Wedding Awards, which are granted to wedding professionals best rated by brides and grooms in 2017. More than 48,000 businesses competed in the contest, and 40,431 user reviews determined the winners.
In this edition, the highlights included Chácara Buffet Recanto dos Sonhos and Chácaras Portal Paraíso in São Paulo state, Vale dos Sonhos and Castelo de Itaipava in Rio de Janeiro state, Chalé Pampulha and Inimaginável Eventos in Minas Gerais state, and Spazio Giardino and Haras Fortaleza in Paraná state. Among the most recommended photographers are Davi Martins, Studiob13 and Denis Silveira from São Paulo state, Vander Zulu from Rio de Janeiro state, Fábio Penna and Luciana Rabelo from Minas Gerais state, and New Russo Fotografia from Paraná state.
The elements voted on by newlyweds are “quality/price ratio”, “response”, “professionalism” and “flexibility”. Nina Pérez, CEO, congratulates the winning companies and reinforces that the priority of the portal is to make the dreams of each couple come true:

Divided into 17 categories, the awards for the 3rd edition of the Wedding Awards are a result of the effort and work of the vendors on the big day of thousands of couples. Users of the Casamentos.com.br portal and/or app post their recommendations in the showcases of the companies registered in the page. Only the top 5% of the most recommended and best rated by category receive the award by region.
The 17 award categories are Reception, Buffet Service, Photography and Video, Music, Wedding Transportation, Wedding Invitations, Wedding Favors, Flowers and Decoration, Entertainment, Wedding Planner, Wedding Cake, Bride Apparel and Accessories, Groom Apparel and Accessories, Beauty and Health, Jewelry, Honeymoon and Others (for businesses in more specific markets).
