WeddingPro Supports Local Wedding Vendor Community at Park City VIPro Social

On August 19, WeddingPro brought its local community of wedding professionals together at The Kimball Terrace in Park City, Utah, for a VIPro Social focused on connection, collaboration, and shared business growth. Through community support and practical insights, the event helped local wedding pros build relationships and strengthen their businesses–reflecting how WeddingPro connects professionals with millions of engaged couples planning on The Knot and WeddingWire.

Designed to support the small businesses that power the wedding industry, the Park City VIPro Social brought close to 100 local wedding professionals together for an afternoon of community, networking, and learning. Attendees connected with fellow pros, met one-on-one with members of the WeddingPro team, and gained practical strategies for building stronger relationships with couples and growing their businesses.

For the educational portion of the Park City VIPro Social, WeddingPro facilitated an engaging panel discussion titled "Beyond Lead Replies: Creating Conversations," featuring leading wedding industry experts Annie Lee of Plannie, Irene Katzias of Irene & Co Events, and Lexsey Lanzotti of Zotti & Co. The discussion explored how wedding professionals can turn initial inquiries into meaningful conversations -and ultimately bookings -by sharing their unique points of view, creating genuine dialogue, and developing messaging strategies that move couples from “nice to meet you” to “when are you available?”

Following the panel, Park City wedding vendors broke out into small networking groups to continue the conversation, exchanging real-world learnings on attracting leads to their vendor storefronts, increasing conversions, and scaling their businesses in the regional market. Attendees also had the opportunity to have their portfolios reviewed by a member of The Knot editorial team and connect with members of our sales team to ask product questions.

The response from attendees highlighted the incredible value these face-to-face experiences can be for growing their business. One attendee shared, “The whole thing was fantastic! We got so many ideas!” Another thanked the WeddingPro team for taking the time to hear their challenges and share insights, showing how meaningful it can be to learn from peers and build relationships with other pros who understand the unique opportunities and challenges of the wedding industry.
